  Jana was great to work with, responsive and knowledgable. She examined the existing mix of our existing hardwood floors to guide us for our office remodel. Alex and Anthony were courteous and the installation was quick, well done and professional. The pricing was great, and the whole experience was easy and we had new floors quickly. Highly recommended.

  All expectations were met!! From day one, simply walking in the store to select the wood flooring was a pleasant experience. Great advice, courage to explain to customers if something doesn't make sense. The installation was conducted by Isidro. I apreciate his pozitive attitude, informing immediately about any challenge and proposing solutions. I highly recommend his services and a big thank you to Warehouse direct flooring team!
