  I am a man who has been in the facilities maintenance management industry since 1978 and let me tell you this… A property is only as good as the people who live in it, and I’m speaking from experience and my 4+ decades of experience in this field has taught me that if it says “Indestructible”…. It isn’t. David is one of the best shingle slingers I’ve ever had the pleasure to know and he is one very truthful, honest, intelligent man who always has a smile on his face no matter what may come. He’s the BEST ROOFER AND ROOFING COMPANY OWNER In the Santa Cruz area and you’ll get a honest fair price every single time.
