  We purchased a PH neutralizer system form the clean water store. The tank was manufactured with the fill dome in the rear of the tank when assembled. We contacted the Clean Water Store immediately only to be ghosted by the sales rep. We are unable to install the system. When I finally got their attention, they tried to bull crap their way out of it by sending pictures with the fill dome on the front but without the valve-head properly seated. Once I called their bull-crap out by sending a video of correctly seating the valve-head, they realized they had a big problem with their tanks. They wanted to send a new tank and valve-head, to which I replied, "send a different tank". They instead send the same exact tank and we have the same exact problem. Knowing this prompted us to order a different tank from a different supplier, which we did. Low and behold, their second tank had the same defect. Luckily the tank from a different supplier showed up and the result was it was good and with the valve-head seated properly, the fill dome was on the front as it should be. The clean water store would only offer a $100 credit even though I had to purchase a replacement tant at retail. I demanded a full credit for the defective tank based on their price of $730. They refused. They tell me that I would have to pay a re-stocking fee of 25%. I refused. They offered to waive the re-stocking fee even though the problem was noted and discovered within ten days of us receiving the product. Their own website offers full refunds for defective parts within the first 10 days. They don't even honor their own rules. All I can say is that this company is definitely not honest. They do not stand behind their products. If you want to write an honest review that isn't favorable to them, it will be blocked unless you post it straight through Google.

  Purchased a carbon filter and ozone for my well to help with rotten egg smell. Sales process was smooth, order shipped no problem, product was all there with clear instructions. The technical support was poor, the egg smell still persisted. I understand my problem is unique, but the lack of follow up and communication is the real problem for me. I’m told Mathew is the only technical support position in the company and he doesn’t reply to my emails or VM’s. I escalated to Gerry whom I’m told is his manager- it’s been a week since I’ve sent 2 emails and 2 VM’s- still crickets. It’s a bummer they can’t help a customer out.

  I purchased the Pro Ox Air Iron filter system since I had iron in my water. Initially the unit worked but there is a huge design flaw which is the main reason not to buy this unit. The Iron sludge that is oxidizing in the top of the tank clogs all of the injectors/parts and then it fails to create the air pocket. This reduces the efficiency overall. Then it starts forcing water backwards into the chemical tank which blows the tube out of the connector and eventually overflows the tank. I called the clean water store 7 times over the course of a week for help - nothing but a machine. Covid is not an excuse since everybody else is working (and answering the phone) just fine from home. Maybe their other filters are better than this one but there is no excuse for not answering the phone (I sent emails too) so be advised. I'm trashing this unit after just 8 trouble filled months. What a waste.
