Randal Winter came highly recommended by family members who had used him to redo their kitchen. He did an incredible job! I reached out to him for help to redo our balcony. This job was way above my skill set & I am so thankful we went with him! From permits with the City, Draftsman, Structural Engineer, and daily workers on site, I was highly impressed by the knowledge, experience, & work ethic from everyone involved in our project. I never once worried about it. Randal gave me a project calendar with timelines for the whole project. There was never any question of what was taking place weekly. He also provided an app documenting daily progress being made in pictures. I highly recommend him! Thank you

I couldn't give a higher recommendation to Randal G. Winter Construction, Inc. They did a complete remodel for us, building an addition, making modifications, and upgrading our home into our dream, forever home. The knowledge, experience and quality that is evident throughout our home is outstanding. When unexpected issues came up, they listened to our ideas and concerns. Randy and Steven worked with us to come up with solutions that were often better than the original plan. For example, our model has a step up hallway that needed to go. They figured out how to get rid of the step up and opened up our entire living space. The quality of the craftmanship is beautiful and their employees are professional, know their craft and leave the job site clean at the end of every day. I absolutely know how important working with the right contractor is because when you need them, they are there, available and stand behind their work. We love our "new" home and would highly recommend this construction company to anyone that is looking for a professional job, large or small, and well done.

We had Randal do our living room remodel. It was a big project which included filling in a sunken room to make the floor level, removing 2 fireplaces and adding several windows. Randy's team was there for it all. Demo was loud, but they were as clean as possible and construction moved quickly. They never disappeared on us for weeks and Stephen kept letting us know what the schedule was and when it would get done. The minor punch list was done quickly and our project finished ahead of schedule. As Randy says, he isn't the cheapest, but if you are looking for quality work, good materials, solid project management, and great looking results, we haven't found anyone better.
