  I couldn't give a higher recommendation to Randal G. Winter Construction, Inc. They did a complete remodel for us, building an addition, making modifications, and upgrading our home into our dream, forever home. The knowledge, experience and quality that is evident throughout our home is outstanding. When unexpected issues came up, they listened to our ideas and concerns. Randy and Steven worked with us to come up with solutions that were often better than the original plan. For example, our model has a step up hallway that needed to go. They figured out how to get rid of the step up and opened up our entire living space. The quality of the craftmanship is beautiful and their employees are professional, know their craft and leave the job site clean at the end of every day. I absolutely know how important working with the right contractor is because when you need them, they are there, available and stand behind their work. We love our "new" home and would highly recommend this construction company to anyone that is looking for a professional job, large or small, and well done.

  We had Randal do our living room remodel. It was a big project which included filling in a sunken room to make the floor level, removing 2 fireplaces and adding several windows. Randy's team was there for it all. Demo was loud, but they were as clean as possible and construction moved quickly. They never disappeared on us for weeks and Stephen kept letting us know what the schedule was and when it would get done. The minor punch list was done quickly and our project finished ahead of schedule. As Randy says, he isn't the cheapest, but if you are looking for quality work, good materials, solid project management, and great looking results, we haven't found anyone better.

  Randy, Steven, Kara and all the crew did a great job fixing up our house! Good workmanship and timely. Reasonable price with great value.

  We hired RGW Construction to do a fairly substantial remodel of our house - replace a load bearing outer wall with sliding foldable glass doors, open up another sheer wall, put in a bathroom, remodel kitchen surfaces. We worked with Randy and his son Steven, they were attentive, careful and thorough in their work. All their crew were careful, pleasant and attentive. We had a couple of decisions to make along the way, Randy and his team helped us make the right call. An opportunity to make an opening even wider than we hoped presented itself, Randy and his team were creative in optimizing that opportunity. They provided/worked with the engineer to get the project designed, and they worked with the city building dept to get plans approved and signed off. We are very happy with the final result and happy to give them a 5 star recommendation.

  Randal G Winter Construction and his team are exceptional. From the very beginning at our first meeting they were professional yet approachable. The designs were beautiful and their work impeccable. The "crew' were friendly and we felt as if they were a part of our family for the six months they were working on our remodel. The craftsmanship is excellent, the project manager was always available to take my calls and patiently explain the changes that needed to be made (or willingly go with my change requests). My kitchen, dining room, family room and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and it is just perfect. They are true professionals who take pride in their work. We love our remodeled home.
