I have been in construction for almost a decade and it is rare to find honorable contractors whom are able to deliver excellence in their professionalism, competency, communication, and dedication to his craft.   Thank you, North City Roofing Inc., for cleaning our gutters, installing gutter screens, and completing your gutter rejuvenation process. To be honest, I was a little skeptical at first because I had never heard of gutter rejuvenation before. Rudy took the time to educate my husband and me on exactly what the process involved, how it helps protect the gutters, and how it can extend the lifespan of the metal. We really appreciated that he explained everything clearly and never pressured us into replacing our gutters. What stood out most was that every other company we spoke with immediately recommended removing and replacing the gutters, while North City Roofing offered an alternative solution that made sense and saved us money. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire project. They completed the preparation work on the first day and returned to finish everything on the second day, leaving the property clean and looking great.   We had some pretty serious water damage from a roof leak, and as the weather started getting warmer, we began noticing mold concerns as well. North City roofing was great throughout the entire process. They kept us updated every step of the way, explained what they found, and made sure we understood our options. One thing that really stood out was their communication. They provided drone images and videos of the roof, which helped us actually see the problem for ourselves instead of just taking someone’s word for it. The crew was professional, responsive, and thorough, and they worked quickly to address the damage before it got worse. We’re very happy with the work they did and the transparency they showed throughout the project. I would highly recommend North City Roofing to anyone dealing with roof leaks, water damage, or mold-related roofing issues. Great job👏

  This review has been long overdue, but I finally wanted to share how great our experience was with North City Roofing. We had a leak that another roofer tried to fix two years ago and it never fully got resolved, so we reached out to a few companies, but after talking to Rudy, his knowledge and the way he broke everything down made it an easy choice. His team did a super thorough job and kept us in the loop the whole time with great communication. Really glad we went with them, Rudy and his crew definitely made the right call for us.

  Rudy and North City Roofing are the real deal. This is actually a review of North City Roofing for a job where I didn’t end up hiring them. I had brown spotting coming through my ceiling crown molding panels. Called several roofers to look at the issue. First two roofers that came out and told me there was water leaking coming in from the roof and attic. Both recommended a complete roof replacement. Just when I was ready to make a deposit to replace my roof, I get a call from Rudy. He tells me he’s seen the exact same issue before. There is likely moisture developing from inside that area causing the brown spots. I had an HVAC specialist come out and confirm the same. Easy fix as the dryer wasn’t properly connected to the vent and creating condensation inside. It’s so rare to find a contractor who is honest and doesn’t jump to the first conclusion of telling you that you need expensive, unnecessary repairs. Rudy is a true professional. I immediately saved North City Roofing’s info to call for any of my future roofing needs.
