  I needed to replace the roof of my detached living unit, add flashing to a few penetrations and add adequate ventilation. Rudy Sr came by with short notice and provided a detailed quote. Rudy Sr was very knowledgable and pointed out an incorrectly located ventilation that broke through valley flashing. The replacement was done a week or so after signing the contract which was fairly timely. Rudy also looked at my main structure roof and provided preventative maintenance for a reasonable cost. Overall the process was very smooth and both Rudy Jr and Sr are hard working honest people. I would definitely recommend Rudy and North City Roofing.

  The crew didn't clean up properly after finishing the job. I found roofing nails all over my driveway and garden, which was frustrating.

  The quote seemed reasonable at first, but extra charges kept appearing during the project. I felt like the final bill was much higher than expected.
