- OLOlga L1 day ago5.0After contacting several contractors and collecting quotes, we selected Fuse Service for our heat pump installation project. The entire experience was very positive, clear and professional. I am usually a bit cautious while working with contractors and expect some issues or misunderstanding, but it was not the case here. Anton S. (lead installer) and Stas did an exceptional job on the complete Daikin heat pump installation. The equipment setup looks great and heat pump works flawlessly, including zoning with dampers, zoning board, and two Daikin thermostats (not commonly used setup). We are glad to have such a professional company in the South Bay and hope to use them for other future projects.

He is extremely qualified and we would highly recommend Fuse and Ilyas to do work for us again. Thanks!

From the beginning, the interaction came across as arrogant and condescending rather than professional or respectful. I was quoted a price that was several times higher than what other companies offered, which made it feel like they were trying to take advantage of my urgent situation and pressure me into paying far more than the service was worth. Instead of honest, customer-focused service, the whole experience felt opportunistic and dismissive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

He did a very comprehensive inspection of the whole system including furnace, AC, filter and thermostat. Explained very well about all the symptoms and gave advice on on-going maintenance. I always go to Fuse for my HVAC or electrical appliance installation and repairs. Never disappointed. A bit on the expensive side but very reliable.
