His communication, problem-solving, and commitment to customer service did not go unnoticed. Also, Aeric, the top installer, was incredibly accommodating, professional, and easy to work. It is refreshing to work with a company that not only delivers quality work, but also genuinely cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend AB Glass!

Two very rude men from A & B arrived to install an 8 foot mirror in my bathroom. 2 hours later, the entire mirror fell to the floor and shattered. If anyone had been in the room, they would be dead. A & B quickly apologized for the disaster and reported that the mirror had been installed incorrectly. They also reported that both of the men responsible for the huge error had been fired. Conclusion: I'm glad that nobody was hurt, and that the company fired both of the men, but why were those two men hired in the first place? The employees a company hires tells a lot about that company and the quality of work they do...
