He was unhappy from the start, asking for help to find a part. After a few questions, he abruptly left, seemingly indifferent. I tried to be polite, but his irrelevant questions made it impossible. The service was terrible. I was about to talk to supervisor but looks like that guy is the supervisor and acting like that - no way I would recommend this place to anyone.

I looked for that item even online and couldn’t find it. They didn’t have it either but the gentleman at the front desk whom I didn’t get his name, spent 12 minutes looking for it online and printed the details so I can place the order online. How nice can a person be? There was no money to be made for that store that day but as a Real Estate Broker they are on my referral book forever. God bless them, A happy experience, just amazing.
