We had our water heater serviced and because of its age it needed a bit more care. I called in the morning and they were able to send out Noah to our place again and he was able to have it all replaced and up and running in no time. It was something we were expecting to eventually do, so we already had a quote from them for the services. We were able to easily get right into what needed to be done and have everything running smoothly by late afternoon. I would definitely recommend Dial One for anything you need for plumbing. They're great to work with and definitely know what they're doing.

Daniel inspected the important components of the air conditioning system. He was thorough and was not hurried in performing the tasks. He was congenial and respectful of the property. It was a pleasure to have had him do the job.

I honestly never write reviews, but my experience with Dial One Sunshine Plumbing was so exceptional that I had to take the time to recognize Jesse Schwenker. Jesse was absolutely amazing from start to finish ,professional, fast, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the repair was done right. You can tell he genuinely knows his trade and takes pride in his work. Beyond being a great technician, Jesse is just such a nice person with wonderful energy. We had a great conversation while he was here, and he was friendly, respectful, and so easy to talk to. I have to say, Dial One Sunshine Plumbing is very lucky to have him on their team! This was truly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had.If you call Dial One Sunshine Plumbing, ask for Jesse ,you will not be disappointed. Professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. 10/10 service and highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Company is under new ownership. The old owners were honest Christians who ran a reputable business. This new company is a money hungry price gouging shame. I would never use them, they took advantage of my mother & took her to the bank. Buyer beware don't not use them & if you do by all means get a second opinion. There technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. They are not the problem. It is the companies business model of taking their customers to the bank based on their "pricing formula." Totally ridiculous & shameful!!
