  We had low water pressure for days. Their plumbing leak detection tools traced the drop to a cracked line in the yard, preventing a huge sinkhole from forming.

  Getting an HVAC duct & vent cleaning was the best decision after our kitchen remodel. They removed all the fine drywall dust that got sucked into the return vents.

  Sergio came out to diagnose an issue with my water heater and was very helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained how to read the monitor, walked me through repair options along with pricing, and also discussed the cost of installing a new unit. He even offered helpful suggestions about adding a whole-house water filter and softener. Sergio was friendly and knowledgeable.

  John Renteria did an outstanding job servicing the air conditioner, recommending some upgrades that had an immediate effect on the operation of the unit, and took the time to carefully explain the work that was performed, and how it affects the operation of the system. In the course of inspecting the unit in the attic, he detected a gas leak, helped me locate it, and arranged to have a technician from their plumbing department come out and inspect the leak and provide an estimate. John ended up spending an extended period of time here to assist with that portion of the work, and was very conscientious about assisting with the follow up.

  I had Dial One do a large project (all drains and sewer line to the street) at my elderly parents house. The project manager Jesse S. did a fantastic job coordinating the many aspects of this big project, and keeping me informed of the progress. The project was completed in two days which was very helpful in minimizing the impact on my parent's living routine in the house. I was pleasantly surprised that it went that quickly and smoothly. Juan C. was also very helpful with the inspection process. Overall very pleased with this work.
