  Isaiah was prompt, courteous and friendly. He installed a faucet for us. He did a great job & tidied up afterwards. The install was perfect. He also clearly explained some other issues and possible future improvements.

  Dial One Sonshine came out to Install AC in our home and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installers were respectful, organized, and completed the work on schedule. The new unit cools the entire house quickly, and we’ve already noticed a difference in comfort and energy efficiency.

  Sergio was prompt and professional, he went over everything that need to be done to get me a new hot water heater. My tank took a dump on a Friday after noon and Sergio was able to get someone out to install and new one with in an hour.

  Isaiah Givens was a nice young man...was quoted around $289 for a quote and ended up paying over $500 ...quote extremely high and so I have gotten a second opinion and the leak is coming from the concrete slab not upstairs as we were told

  Aircon went out at our house while we were across the country for a wedding. Our adult daughter and her pet were at the house, roasting in the heat. The technician came out promptly, on a Sunday, diagnosed and repaired the issue efficiently. He kept communication flowing between us, our daughter, and himself, and gsvubus options for further maintenance. Our daughter commented the she like his demeanor and professionalism.
