Excellent service from Besser Garage! They responded promptly to address a noisy garage door, lubricated and adjusted it, and now it operates smoothly and quietly. The technician went above and beyond by also helping connect the garage door to my car and set up the camera system. Everything works perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Highly recommend.

Mentioned the need for a rodent proof xcluder system installation prior to technician coming. Was told I could not get a quote without physical inspection prior, was told 65$ fee would be waived for first time customer. Technician insisted on 65$ charge at visit despite waiving fee promise, told that Besser does not install this system after visit despite it being mentioned during visit . Waste of time and money

Pleasantly impressed by service received from our technician, Daniel. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the problem with the garage door. He was able to fix it and we are purchasing new doors due to their efficient service and trustworthiness. Also the receptionist on our initial call was very pleasant. Fortunate Besser was recommended.

I had a horrible experience with another company and called Besser to fix the work. They sent out Matthew. Extremely professional and polite. He too some time to look at the door. Gave me a couple of options of what to expect and told me how long to expect the repair to take. He was able to get my door working in a few hours and again walked through the repair with me. Save yourself the headache. Just call Besser Brothers first and tell them you want Matthew

I had a great experience working with Besser Garage Doors, especially with Morgan, who helped me throughout the entire garage door replacement process—from getting the initial estimate to making the final selections and placing the order. Morgan was extremely professional, patient, and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the different options clearly, and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions. Even when I had many questions and wanted to make changes along the way, he was very patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Replacing garage doors can be a complicated process, with so many details to consider, but Morgan made everything feel easy and stress-free. His excellent communication and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I truly appreciate all of Morgan’s help and professionalism. If you are considering replacing your garage doors, I highly recommend working with Morgan at Besser Garage Doors. He made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and pleasant.
