  Daniel was our installer and did an amazing job installing our new Liftmaster garage door opener. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with a few options for replacement. The install was extremely clean and precise, and I was most appreciative for Daniel’s patience in getting the homelink on my car paired to the new opener, which was not an easy feat. After installation I had a question about the invoice and it was resolved very quickly and with the utmost courtesy.

  These guys were fantastic. They came out twice because the first garage door delivered was the wrong one, and our garage wasn’t cleared out yet for the install. They returned the following week, did an excellent job, and even helped us move heavy furniture in the garage since the two of us couldn’t manage it alone. Truly appreciated their patience, professionalism, and hard work. Highly recommend this company.

  I set up an appointment for a garage door estimate. I made it clear that I was also interested in a matching side gate. When the first appointment was scheduled, I received a phone call 20 minutes prior to the ETA of scheduled appointment. Not that they were running late, but they couldn’t come at all. I was told that something came up and that they could not come to me, even though I had set aside a four hour window to accommodate them with their visit. I understand things come up so I was patient and rebooked for the following week. The following week came and Jacob showed up. I honestly felt this was his first ever time giving an estimate and if that is correct, it was still way below expected minimum standards. I showed him pictures of exactly what I wanted. He said that is impossible even though they have pictures of the exact door on this website. I questioned him and told him that I’ve had other garage door companies out for estimates and to them it was no problem. But then they build custom garage doors. He said he would make some calls and get some information while he did some measurements. When I came back out to discuss the job after he’s done his measurements, he showed me a picture of a garage door that looked nothing like what I was interested in. He told me that garage door starts at $32,000. The custom garage doors that I received estimates prior to having Besser out ranged between $8,500 & $11,500. When I told him that he said that garage door can run $80,000 and up???? The estimate that I finally did receive the next day didn’t give me one ounce of information. It didn’t include a new motor. I was surprised that I received a request to do a review after such a poor estimate experience. That’s why I’m doing this one right now. After getting the estimate I called the office and after being put on hold while they tried to find someone I could talk to I realized I’m just waiting more time with a company that I felt has taken up too much of my time already. I 100% do not recommend waisting your time calling them as well.

  Amazing experience! It was so simple! I called, made an appointment for the same day. Jose showed up early in the window and communicated well that he was close and exactly when he’d arrived. I needed a repair, he had the parts in his van, he gave me all the info I asked for and then some. He was able to give me a quote in minuets and he got the work done same day! It’s everything I want from every transaction. It doesn’t just happen, it takes experience and skill. This is my second interaction with them. They installed a complete garage door, motor and track in my previous house. I’d give em 6 starts if I could. I will definitely keep them in mind when I’m ready to upgrade my current garage.

  My Experience was very Good . Jose showed up on time. He was very nice and professional. I had a coupon for 29 point inspection and was inquiring on prices. . The Condo belongs to my Boss, He is getting ready to sell the house. Jose was very informative about various possibilities which I have to pass by my Boss for approval. I will definitely be using this company. Jose is a great employee. You should be proud to have him. Thank you
