  Austin was a complete professional when working on our garage doors. You have a very nice young man representing your company, and you should be proud to have him as a member of your team. He was well groomed, extremely courteous, and demonstrated excellent manners throughout the entire visit. When I invited him into our home, he even asked if he needed to take off his shoes. When I told him yes, he did so without hesitation or question. That level of respect and consideration is becoming increasingly rare. Austin recommended several services and parts that we ultimately declined. However, if I had felt they were necessary, I would have purchased them based on the way he explained everything. He was honest, knowledgeable, and never pressured us. He explained everything very well and immediately went to work once I told him what we wanted completed. He did an excellent job. To be fair to Austin, he had no idea that I am a retired engineer who worked for Porvene and Overhead Doors. I only told him about my background after he had made his recommendations. That made his honesty and professionalism even more impressive to me. We had a great conversation afterward, and I even learned something new about California law, SB 969. I had to laugh because garage doors already come equipped with a safety disconnect or latch that allows the door to be disconnected from the opener in situations such as a power outage. Overall, Austin represented your company exceptionally well. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, honest, and courteous from beginning to end. You should be very proud to have someone like him representing your company.

  Daniel was a fantastic technician. He was very patient in explaining the problem with my garage system and was very thorough in correcting the issue impacting the functionality of it. Got it back in working order and also provided me with some compelling i fo for future upgrades that I'm strongly considering. Besser has a great technician on their hands with Daniel. Consider yourself lucky if you get him on your project! Thanks Daniel!

  Having been a long time customer of Besser Bros. (since their inception in the late 70's), it has always been my go to whenever I had an issue with my garage doors. It has probably been at least 10-15 years since I last needed work done. My sales consultant this time was courteous and professional. I am hoping that the new system will be trustworthy and long lasting. An extended family member who has been a professional in industrial-commercial construction for over four decades, believes that I was upsold and that the cost of the materials and installation prices were substantially higher than was reasonable. That is why I only gave four stars in my review.

  We used Besser Garage Doors to fix our broken garage door, and this was the second time we’ve used them. From scheduling and communication to arriving on time and completing the service, the entire experience was highly professional. Matthew was our technician, and he was knowledgeable, experienced, and excellent at communicating. He texted and called to keep us updated on his arrival time. After completing the repair, he clearly explained how the new system works and answered all of our questions. This is by far one of the best service experiences we’ve had. Thank you, Matthew, for the excellent work!

  BESSER Garage company sent Austin, a very professional representative, to my house today to assess my need for a new garage replacement. Before the rep’s arrival, communication from BESSER and Austin was excellent. They messaged me so I would be aware of the rep’s arrival, and Austin called to let me know when he was 10 minutes away. Both Austin and his assistant were personable and professional. I had many questions about steel versus wood doors. Austin clearly described the difference in weight, upkeep, durability, and cost. It’s helpful to have someone who is trained to be aware of intricacies to help the client determine the best decision. I was incredibly satisfied with this company. Besser had been recommended to me by an old neighbor in Coto and then my son had Besser replace the motor to his garage yesterday. This is the right company to use!
