  My laundry room had been flooding for weeks, and I initially thought it was my washer. However, I woke up this morning and the floor was flooded again, but since I didn’t do the laundry, I realized it wasn’t my washer. I then called around for a quote for plumbing services and Plumbing Care Inc. was the only one that was able to quote me over the phone and arrived at my home 20 minutes later. The tech, Alex, quickly diagnosed the problem. The issue was a matter of the drainage tube not being plugged into the pipe. And since it was such a quick fix and didn’t require him to unclog the pipes, he didn’t even charge me. I’m grateful that there are still honest people and companies out there. I will definitely call Plumbing Care in the future for plumbing services. Thank you, Alex!

  This was the third time I used Plumming Care for my household needs. The "Technician Professionals" seem so young but they sure know their craft!! Even in challenging situations they seem to remain calm and assuring even when you, the customeris not very sure. Unfortunately, there was some confusion with what I needed done per the office staff but Alex communicated with me clearly and it got worked out. Customer Service is paramount in my eyes, there is a lot of options out here. When calling in to possibly schedule an appointment to spend my hard earned money, tone is everything! If you didn't have the best day I get that but suck it up! No Customer should ever feel uncomfortable when calling. 🤔

  Pablo Alejandro was excellent! He responded quickly, arrived on time, and immediately diagnosed the issue. Within minutes, he identified that it was simply a switch problem and was honest in letting us know that no major repair was needed. I really appreciated his professionalism, expertise, and integrity. He could have easily recommended unnecessary work, but instead provided a straightforward solution and saved us both time and money. It’s refreshing to work with someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend Pablo and would absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs!

  Zyaire, Pablo, and Suresh were excellent technicians and the turnaround time for the complete replacement of our water heater was much, much faster than expected. I want to thank them for their standout professionalism and especially the good-natured work of both Zyaire and Pablo, given that they had to carry the replacement water heater up many stairs. Thank you so very much, and we will definitely be looking to go with Plumbing Care, Inc. again in the future!

  There was a rotten egg smell coming out of one of our primary bath faucets and another bathroom sink that was slow draining. The technician did some troubleshooting and discovered possible causes for the rotten egg smell and took some steps to mitigate it. His assistant also cleared the trap in the slow draining sink, so now it drains freely. All of this was done at no cost to me because this was an initial inspection and assessment. The technician has some follow-up that he will be getting back to me on regarding a long term fix to the sulfur smell. I would, without hesitation, recommend Plumbing Care Inc. Our technician, Fernando, was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to patiently explain the situation and our options.
