  First of all they sent Alvictor in less than an hour from when I called. He came to look at replacing a water heater in an attic 16 feet up. He got all the measurements and details. They will call me shortly with options. While he was here I asked him to look at a low pressure issue we were having in a sink and he fixed that for us since he was here. I could not be more happy with the service. I’m looking forward to working with them.

  I had a faucet drip in my Jacuzzi bathtub. The technician Dimitri was professional, polite and did a great job in fixing the leaky faucet, but beware of the Company's flat-rate pricing - I was charged $495 for replacing cartridge. When I called the manager to discuss how excessive this markup was for a basic washer swap, they refused to offer any flexibility and blamed high Bay Area gas prices. I will not be using them again. 5 Stars for Dimitri and 2/3 stars for the office.

  Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this company. After our tankless water heater was serviced, we started hearing loud noises throughout the pipes in our home. The first technician could not diagnose the problem and instead recommended replacing our shower handle, claiming it was causing the noise. We trusted their recommendation, but the noise continued and the shower handle was damaged in the process. A second, more experienced technician came out, immediately identified the actual issue, and fixed it by securing and cushioning the pipes in the crawlspace. The noise stopped right away. When the replacement shower handle arrived, the company refused to come back and take responsibility for the damage. The manager was also extremely difficult to reach and told us we would need to pay more because the handle was old, even though it had been working perfectly before their technician worked on it. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company.

  Fernando visited my home for an estimate on water heater and water softener. I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge, patience for my questions, and politeness. I genuinely felt that I could trust this guy and did not feel pressured for a sale. I have been around the block long enough and dealt with many contractors to know this guy was genuine. So kudos to Plumbing Care Inc in sending a seasoned plumber like Fernando instead of sales rep only that's only worried about his next sale. I still have at least two more plumbing companies to visit my home for estimates. Whether or not I contract with Plumbing Care Inc will depend on the estimate they provide. However, they crossed the first hurdle with trust thanks to Fernando. I will likely repeat on Yelp what I posted here.

  Honest, fair, and completely stress-free service! Replacing a water tank can easily turn into a high-stress ordeal. Before calling Alvictor, I reached out to multiple local companies and dealt with wild price swings, confusing scopes, and aggressive upsells. It felt impossible to figure out who was actually giving me an honest quote (and honest work). Alvictor changed everything. Right from the initial assessment, he took the time to inspect our setup, explain what was needed, and deliver a clear, reasonable proposal. I never felt pushed into unnecessary extras—just informed, confident, and treated fairly. The installation was just as impressive: he arrived right on schedule (early actually, called first too!), kept the workspace clean, and completed the replacement with top-notch craftsmanship. If you are overwhelmed trying to compare plumbing quotes, do yourself a favor and call Alvictor & Plumbing Care Inc. He took all the anxiety out of the process and delivered exceptional service.
