  My water heater cracked open on my way home from work and started flooding my garage. My water shut off valve was corroded and snapped off, so I couldn’t shut off the water going into my house. Not to mention, the water heater shut off valve couldn’t stop the water from gushing out everywhere. I called several plumbers and could not get anyone to come out quickly for this minor emergency. However, Plumbing Care, Inc picked up my call and they were GREAT! So helpful and understanding and got a plumber to my house within 45 minutes… some other companies quoted me 3 to 12 hours! Alan Altamirano, from Plumbing Care, showed up to my house and he was great. He shut my water off quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, ran back to the shop, grabbed a new water heater and had it installed by 9pm that same night. I really appreciate Alan and Plumbing Care for making my emergency their priority!

  Fast response to our after hours call for urgent help! Fernando our tech was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the problem, cost, and walked us through what we were being charged, which was not unreasonable for the after hours service. He also gave us insight for plumbing maintenance and recommended ways to prevent any future problems. Very thankful for the efficient service!

  Keith Cormier is a consummate professional in the turnkey replacement of my house water heater, even the city inspector thought it was done great. The company also honored the timelines I requested and I know that is rare these days. So overall, I would do business them again. I kind of thought the price was on the high side not knowing the quality of service I would get but Keith’s performance changed my mind to reasonable with a Bradford White HWH. I am willing to pay for excellent service.

  Max was absolutely outstanding. Our water heater went out on a Sunday, and even though customer service initially said there was no availability, Max went out of his way to make time and fit us into his schedule. That alone says a lot about his work ethic and commitment to customers. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He took the time to explain everything, walked us through the issue, and handled the situation with total confidence. What really stood out was how he advocated for us with AO Smith, pushing to get the replacement parts covered under warranty. That is not something you see every day, and it made a huge difference for us. The entire experience was seamless and stress free because of Max. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of his customers. We will not be using anyone else going forward. Top notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend Max and the company.
