  This review is way overdo. John was very helpful, professional, patient and knowledgeable. This company installed hardwood flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

  February of 2023, purchased 32 k carpet for entire house. Hossein urged me to buy the Fabrica Savannah weave as I have two dogs and he said it was the most stain resistant. Since then there have been minor accidents that in the past 25 years of carpet cleaning in my house were a non issue and I was able to clean with shop vac and professional steam cleaning 3 to 4 times a year. Not now. After a professional steam clean, the residue and stain reappears. Even pouring water in the carpet leaves a stain. Leigh and Hossein have offered to replace only the areas where the stains remain, leaving me with a patchwork from a different dye lot and a lot of unusual transition areas. Plus… I would pay a premium to have them reinstall. If you care about your home and piece of mind if you do have an issue, go to Architectural Design, Ken Carpets or another well respected carpet retailer. I wish I had.

  If you want white glove service and a great quality product go to City Carpets in San Rafael. I recently purchased a beautiful new carpet from City Carpets, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. First off, the selection was fantastic. They had a wide variety of styles, colors, and materials to choose from, so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions and making suggestions based on my needs and preferences. Once I had made my selection, the installation process was a breeze. The team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, making sure to take care of everything from moving furniture to cleaning up after themselves. The end result was a beautiful, perfectly installed carpet that exceeded my expectations. Overall, I can't recommend City Carpets highly enough. Their selection, service, and quality are all top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. If you're in the market for a new carpet, look no further than this amazing vendor!

  City Carpets worked absolute magic in my little home! I had them replace my old kitchen linoleum and family room carpet with gorgeous vinyl flooring that looks like cement tile. The whole team from showroom to installation was amazing - thoughtful, helpful, accommodating and incredibly professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

  Was in the market for an area rug and they had a great selection of quality bound remnant carpets at decent prices. Very affordable delivery was available and the staff seemed knowledgeable and professional.
