  This is a scam of a company. We ordered a diagnostic job because our AC was making cold air but not blowing it out. Technician Travis came to site. He told me we had a wiring issue. He took refrigerant readings that read 10, lower than the factory setting 12. He also said optionally we should also add a safety switch which could prevent flooding. The refrigerant charging was quoted $425, which took me aback so Travis quickly said I didn't have to because it wasn't that low. I first contacted management who had the audacity to gaslight me that my AC didn't work with my thermostat cuz my AC is two-staged. But it is ONE staged. When I pointed that out, he asked me to speak to their lead technician. So I contacted the lead technician because I didn't understand how a wiring issue could lead to a sudden issue that stalled a unit that had been working perfectly for 10 years. The lead technician said he wasn't there so wouldn't know for sure but they could only fix the wiring and see if it was the problem. I asked him to come check it out to be sure and he said he would stand behind travis' diagnosis and I should just pay for the repairs. So I called to order the wiring fix, and FUSE wouldn't come out because the job is too cheap and they insisted that I pay for the entire quote which is $800+. Two of the 3 fixes are OPTIONAL. This is business fraud. I requested a refund of my diagnostic fee and they wouldn't. SO I will be requesting a charge back on my card. DO NOT use this business. This is dodgy practice at best and illegal at worst. Edit: I started a legal case and I let them know. They refunded me afterwards.

  Ilyas was super friendly and knowledgeable! Quickly diagnosed the wiring issues in my A/C system, and helped install and setup a new thermostat on an old relay-based system

  I recently contacted FUSE Services due to our air conditioner not working. Ilyas K. came out and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He was able replace the condenser fan motor during the same visit. He tested our AC to ensure it was working correctly before leaving. This is my 2nd experience with FUSE, previously we had a short in wiring that made certain outlets in different rooms in our house not work. After a couple visits the source of the issue was found and fixed. Will continue to use FUSE Services in the future. Their staff are very poliet and knowledgable

  I’ve used Fuse HVAC 3 times now. Once for installing an AC in my in-laws’ condo, another time for fixing the poorly installed EV charger outlet someone else installed at our house, and most recently for fixing our AC that stopped working (bad capacitor). I had three different technicians and each time they all knew what they were doing. Cost wise I haven’t bothered to do much comparison so I can’t say if they’re the cheapest. But their work is excellent so I don’t usually bother to shop around.
