  We are so grateful for Window World and their lifetime warranty! They came out right away to repair our window, and they sent Art. He was very personable, knowledgable, and efficient. The window turned out to be fine (operator error), and the molding was replaced. We have had these windows for over 25 years and they still work as great as the first day they were installed! It was the best decision we made.

  I called Window World about some repaired k need to my 20 year old Window World windows and screen door. They were prompt and had Art come over. Art was the consummate professional. Addressed the three issues I had. He was thorough, friendly, and assisted me without any hesitation. Being 20 year old windows I was skeptical about how satisfied I would be with this service visit. Art exceeded all my expectations. By the way, my wife and and I hav Ed been thoroughly satisfied with our Windows World investment in our home.

  Art Galindo came out and did some service work on our recently install installed windows. His recommendations for ongoing maintenance are spot on, And solved our issue. He arrived on time and was very prompt and courteous. Excellent experience!!

  Total misrepresentation of their "lifetime warranty." When I purchased my windows and sliding door from Window World, I was explicitly told that I had lifetime service for screen replacements. Today, I called to get my screens replaced and was shocked to learn there is a hidden $125 service charge just to have someone come out.Their only alternative was for me to drive 43 miles to their warehouse in San Marcos to get them replaced for free. A sliding door screen does not fit into a standard car, making this "free" option completely impossible and useless for me. I am incredibly upset by this bait-and-switch tactic. Be very careful and get every detail of their warranty in writing before buying.

  We made a warrantee request to window world and about 2 or three weeks later, Art Galindo came to replace some screen tabs that had snapped. They are thin plastic and had weakened by the sun over the last couple years. He was on time, friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. He listened to our questions about our front door not closing properly in all seasons (even though he was only here to do the screen tabs). He listened to our screen door latch questions (They are very not stranger/party/cleaner friendly) about the a finger lift and push in lock and the almost invisible locking mechanism. He gave us an idea about a solution to make it easier to use. He was quick and very helpful. All of this was complementary as part of his visit to replace the tabs under the lifetime warantee.
