  I purchased the windows with the sound proofing for a little more. Window World showed me videos of how well the sound proofing windows worked at reducing outside sound to practically nothing. These windows were supposed to be an upgrade from the builder grade windows that came with my house that’s 19 years old. While the windows look great from the outside and open/close well, they pretty much do the same with reducing outside noise as my old builder grade windows. I hear every person talking outside my house as if there were no change from the previous windows. The install team was great. Very professional and cleaned everything after the install. The sales person went back and forth with me and made a few mistakes with the amount of windows and ghosted me till I contacted the main office. I went with Window World because they were cheaper than a few other window replacements companies and I see why.

  Was very dissillusioned with the lack of communication regarding delay with our windows, WW did not communicate in any way until i contacted them, however, when it came to installation, things turned around, windows were replaced swiftly & look really good, i can’t say enough about the installation team primarily Igor & Sergei, they did not mess around, they are the reason i didn’t give less stars, the missing star being lack of communication at earlie stage, i have to edit this review, to contact window world you have to go through AI called Heather, this is the worst thing ever, she cannot give correct answers to most questions & you can’t even talk ti a real person, hopefully i dom’t have to deal with this lot again, changed the stars because of this, 5 for the installation team zero for the rest

  We just had our windows and sliders replaced by Window world and they did a phenomenal job. Andrea who talked to us and did the beginning measurement and then Will and team for a flawless install. My house is beautiful. Thank u so much for the care and attention to detail it was so appreciated!!!

  I can’t say enough good things about Art Galindo and the work he did replacing our sliding glass door. From start to finish, Art was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to make sure everything was done right and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What really stood out was how great he was with our whole household. He was friendly and patient with me and the kids, and even our dogs loved having him around. It’s not often you get someone who does excellent work while also being such a pleasant person to have in your home. The new door looks and works great, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Art is exactly the kind of professional you hope shows up when you need work done at your home. Highly recommend him!

  My house had these two very small windows above the shower that were too high to see out of. I had always thought how much nicer it would be to have a larger window a little lower that you could actually see out, making the whole shower feel more open, brighter, and have a nice view of the mountains instead. I bought a garden window from Windows World and had it installed by them. I was worried how it would turn out, whether they could deal with the fact that the existing house did not have a window there and that there were two much higher windows that would need to get removed. The installers dealt with everything with no problem, and after leaving the window looked so good it was like it had always been there as part of the house! They added stucco above the window where the old two small windows had been and matched my existing stucco so perfectly you cannot tell they were ever there. They matched both texture and color absolutely perfectly. I could not be happier. Would definitely recommend Windows World.
