- CMChin MouMay 2, 20265.0Our garage door spring snapped and Door Dorks is called upon by our HOA. They are fully booked for the day but since our cars are trapped inside. Door Dorks agreed to come by and open the door first and fix later. Matthew came over and had a look and saw that the time it takes to fix is the same as just letting us out. He made some call and is able to fix it on the same visit with minimal turnaround time. At the end, he also did an inspection and find out the opener’s belt is on its last leg and recommended we get a new one through the MFG’s warranty program. Everything is professionally done. Thanks

Matthew K from Door Dorks came out to look at the issue and determined that the safety sensors were no longer receiving power. He quickly installed a new set of safety eyes and secured the wiring carefully. He also did a thorough check of the entire system and lubricated all the moving parts. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great service!
