  Nathan is awesome. He knows his garage doors! Gave me plenty of options and advised on what needed to be replaced vs what would not be necessary. Appreciated that. He had ever hung he needed on the truck to put new system in - I was worried we’d have to schedule another time for installation but these guys have it down. Communication was great. Very happy I found these guys and will be going to them anytime have needs for my garage doors. Highly highly recommend.

  I requested service online for a banging noise when my door closed and Adam was able to come out same day and quickly resolve the problem while doing a safely inspection, explaining everything he seeing and recommending. His professionalism was next level. I appreciated his attention to detail and service. I will be calling door dorks for any future needs. Excellent service, fair price and didn't feel rushed.

  I called Door Dorks to replace a broken spring. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician, Matthew Knight, let me know when he was on his way, and arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled window, which worked out well for me. He did a full assessment of the garage door, and provided “best,” “better,” and “good” estimates, thoroughly explaining what would be included in each. I didn’t feel any pressure to be upsold. I did end up choosing the most inclusive option, which wasn’t much more. In less than 2 hours, Matthew replaced the torsion springs, drums, and rollers. He showed me how everything worked and made sure that all my questions were answered. Nerd-level service indeed! Door Dorks will be our go-to company for all of our garage door needs.

  Tao from Door Dorks did great work replacing my garage door today. He was professional, thorough, and clearly skilled. He was also kind and respectful. He addressed me by name and explained what he was doing and how long it would take. There was a slight change in details, so he advised me of the issue and what would be done. This made me feel comfortable having him repair my door. As a renter, my landlord handled the billing, but Tao made sure I was informed and at ease throughout the repair. I highly recommend Door Dorks for your garage repairs! 🙂

  I found Door Dorks via a web search and the ratings looked great. They answered the phone and the whole process was super smooth. The technician, Matthew, clearly communicated his arrival time and even showed up a few minutes early. I was really impressed with Matthew and his level of professionalism to understand my garage issues. After a full diagnostic, Matthew explained both repair options and an upgrade path. No pressure on the up-sale at all! We opted for a new system and Matthew had it completed within 2 hours, despite it being in the 90s outside. The quality of work and attention to detail deserves 5 stars on its own. Having a friendly and polite technical professional doing the work would get a 6th star. Definitely will use Door Dorks again and recommend to neighbors.
