  Cowboy’s replaced my 35 year-old shake roof about 12 months ago because my insurance carrier mandated it! Cowboys did a wonderful job. I was very pleased! But I got sidetracked and never posted a review. Last week the city of Visalia informed me that they had no record of my final roof inspection! When I called Cowboy’s, Marcos did the follow up and the next day the inspection was scheduled. Today, June 1, Marcos made the 3 hour drive from Cowboy’s Roofing to Visalia, CA. He was here and set up for the City Inspector with the ladder and paperwork at 8:10 this morning. The inspector arrived by 8:15 and quickly completed the task. I highly recommend Cowboys Roofing they are a quality company, their crew was skilled and efficient. I also want to thank Marcos for his quick assessment and solution of the inspection situation, and for committing a significant portion of his day today to fix it!

  The whole team from Cowboy Roofing from the project manager, Liz Lopez, foreman Israel, roofers Alex and his crew the operations manager, Julian Tejeda excellent communication, keeping me up-to-date with detailed information. The crew was very professional and courteous of my homebase business keeping the area clean and orderly. Everybody was so amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They did amazing job on our roof to get it ready for solar I couldn’t be happier and would recommend Cowboy Roofing 100%.

  We had a very positive experience with Cowboy's, who was subcontracted as part of our solar + battery project. This was a full roof replacement, and the entire process moved quickly and efficiently. Scheduling was fast, which helped keep the overall solar project timeline on track, and the roofing crew was professional throughout. Cleanup was also very good each day, which we appreciated. The finished roof looks great as far as we can tell, and the work appears clean and well done. One thing we especially appreciated was the responsiveness from the office team. Since scheduling happened so quickly, we did not have much time to choose a roofing color, and they took the extra time to personally drop off physical samples so we could see them in person before making a final decision. That level of customer service made the process feel much less stressful and more thoughtful. Overall, the project felt well coordinated and we're happy with how everything turned out.
