  Reggie did a very effective job of inspecting all the plumbing of our older home, noting weaknesses that will cause problems eventually and helped set priorities for addressing the eventual problems. The immediate concern is replacing the anode rod in the water heater which is a six year old original, so that the life of the water heater will be extended. That will be done promptly. He provided estimates for work to prevent the other potential problems that need to be addressed in our home. Reggie has over 30 years experience, is thorough, and clear with his explanations.

  Awful service. I’d give negative stars if I could. I called on Thursday to request an appointment for my AC service I explained that I live in a 2 story townhome and the unit is on the roof. Advised them that a very tall ladder would be needed to get on the roof. The girl I spoke with said that they had Friday morning available would note that an extended ladder would be needed and said 2 people would need to be sent out for safety on the roof. The 2 person crew arrived around 10:30 am on Friday and told me that they didn’t have a ladder tall enough to get on the roof. They said didn’t know why they had been sent since they don’t have the extended ladder. That they would not be able to get someone with the extended ladder till Monday. I called the office back at 11:18am asking why they didn’t send the right crew. They apologized and stated that yes they could see in the notes that the ladder was required and would be able to send someone out that afternoon between 12-7. I waited around all damn day for a no show. I called back at 6:45pm asking if they were still coming. They said NO that they didn’t have a crew. They didn’t have the courtesy to call to inform me that they weren’t coming. They wasted my entire day and prevented me from calling another company to service my non functioning AC. I will never use them and advise other owners in my complex to do the same. It has been sweltering hot in my home this weekend. You suck Anderson!!!

  I had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in my attic that caused water damage to the ceiling of my kitchen and was in need of a plumber to fix the leak so I could resume using hot water in my house. I messaged Anderson on a Sunday and they dispatched Raul to my house the next morning for the repair. Raul was professional upon arrival and assessed the problem and provided an estimate for the repair that I thought was in the range of what I expected. He had to cut out the wet drywall in the ceiling and was careful to wrap the kitchen cabinets, floor, and countertops with plastic before performing the repair. After performing the repair he cleaned up the work area and took the debris away. He even helped me relight the water heater that had been turned off when the leak was discovered in the hot water pipe in the attic. All-in-all I highly recommend Raul for any plumbing project.

  Fernando came to access what I thought was a water regulator issue. He checked several areas for pressure and all were fine. He did not recommend replacing the regulator and instead gave me his opinion of what the problem is. It's not in Anderson's wheelhouse, so I'll call someone else. Before he left, he said he smelled propane gas near where it enters our home. He used a tool to check for any leaks around the pipes - no leaks were detected. I appreciate his diligence and follow through on that.

  I have had two recent experiences with Anderson heating, plumbing and AC. The replacement of the AC system went very well. The communication between various departments was not clear. Ken, the technician, was able to complete the information gaps left by the AI operator, the appointment booker and the dispatcher. He was professional, efficient and personable. He left the area after showing the work, demonstrating the garbage disposal and left a clean area. Thank you Ken and the team Derek, Gabriel and Gary.
