    Oscar with Action Air was terrific. He was knowledgable and clear in his guidance for our air conditioner service. Oscar was patient with my questions and thorough with his answers. I would definitely trust him for HVAC jobs both big and small.

    Action air installed our HVAC system just over a year ago. We were getting An error code. We called Action air last night at 4:45 PM and they came out this morning at 7:30 AM and spent an hour and a half diagnosing and fixing the problem! Prompt and fair… A refreshing experience for us!

    I had Edgar P. From Action Air Conditioning come out an work on my broken A/C unit. He was friendly and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and then showed me what had failed. (In my case a bad capacitor) He then created a repair quote for me. After discussing and agreeing on the quoted price he was able to quickly repair the unit with new parts that he had in his truck. I am very happy to have my HVAC - AC running again and blowing cold air.

    Absolutely disgusted by the service (lack of) that I received from these guys. I called them out to check my A/C because it was not getting cold. The technician arrived and determined that the system was empty of refrigerant. He recommended refilling the system with refrigerant and adding a sealant/dye product that would fix the issue. Four days later the system was back to where it was prior to his visit that is to say not getting cold. I paid $2800 for this fix/ service, that had not worked. Most remarkable was the price of $511 per lb for the refrigerant which I have since learned is price gouging as most other HVAC companies charge on average $150 max. When I called to complain to Action Air they said that they were not responsible since they didn’t install my system and that it was more than 10 years old. I asked to speak with the manager and they said that he was not available to hear consumer complaints/complaints. They don’t have an employee directory or email info of any of the management team. So there is no way to contact anyone other than the person that answered the phone. This company is a joke.

    These guys were great starting from my sales guy Jimmy to the install techs Jesus and I cannot remember the other gentlemen's name. You know when you can just tell when people care about their job... my late father used to always say anything attached to your name make sure it's your best and these guys reminded me of that truly. needed a whole new system on a newly purchased mobile home and after receiving 3 quotes - this company was by far best bang for the buck and the best customer service. Just a few kinks to iron out on the new system and should be ready for summer. They are very responsive. Very much appreciate you Well super bummed I have to update my review. The outside condenser unit started making a lawn mower noise while running. They came out to fix but still doing it. I guess they called the manufacturer and confirmed they did not put enough Freon in so they fixed it and it stopped but now it's back to lawnmower noise again now I don't know what I'm gonna do. Also the unit inside makes the most annoying like bird chirping noise. They changed the blower motor - didn't fix it. I was told on their last visit over a week ago the manufacturer was going to replace the blower wheel and they were also going to potentially cut another hole for the intake that may be causing the noise - I have not heard back I called yesterday and Wednesday and no one knows what I'm talking about. I guess I can complain through Costco but I don't know stressed
