  This is a professional company! All our interactions with Action Air Conditioning & Heating were a pleasure. It was a seamless process from the diagnosis of our problem with our HVAC system to the completion of the work. Rickey & Jafet, the technicians, did a great job and left everything spotless. I highly recommend this business.

  We pay 200.00 a year for 2x maintenance on 5 zoning splits, plus the heat pump. Staff is always very pleasant and professional. We have been very pleased with our whole Action experience. Love the splits/zoning air and heating Action installed two years ago. It gives us the ability to heat/cool individual rooms to personal tastes and I find the system very easy to operate and it quickly does the job of heating & cooling with no duct dust and the smell is fresher. We have also been surprised at the low utilities cost to run it ( we dont have solar yet).

  Jalvin came out for the annual AC inspection. He was on time, efficient, friendly, and explained all of his work very thoroughly. I feel very confident that my system is still in great shape, clean, and ready for the summer.

  Called Action Air through the Costco program and was impressed from the start — they came out the same day. The comfort advisor was professional, personable, and genuinely solution-oriented. Walking through an older Craftsman property with a partial upgrade history and a non-standard layout, he took the time to think through the options rather than defaulting to a one-size-fits-all approach. He provided a detailed 9-page proposal — thorough, but admittedly a lot to digest for the average homeowner. I ended up using AI to help decode it, which actually confirmed the scope was comprehensive and well-structured once broken down. When I followed up with specific technical questions, he responded promptly and accurately. Still in the process of comparing bids, but the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of the proposal have made Action Air a serious contender. If the installation matches the sales experience, a 5-star review will follow.

  I recently hired Action HVAC to test all of our heating and cooling systems across a large property with multiple units, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the beginning, I explained that this is a vast property with several systems that all needed to be thoroughly evaluated. Fernando, the technician who came out, did an exceptional job. He was extremely thorough, methodical, and took the time to carefully test each unit. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to us. He walked us through his findings in detail, made sure we understood how each system was performing, and pointed out any areas that may need attention without being pushy. It’s rare to find someone who is both technically skilled and able to communicate so clearly. I would absolutely recommend Action HVAC—especially Fernando—if you’re looking for a comprehensive and professional evaluation of your HVAC systems.
