  I had observed the Wighton's van near where I live in Downtown SLO, did a little research, and found their prices for preventative HVAC maintenance inspections to be reasonable, especially considering our unit is located on top of our 3rd story building. I appreciated how well Wighton's managed my appointment today, utilizing timely text message updates. Most importantly their HVAC Tech Joshua was excellent to work with today, arriving a few minutes early, safely utilizing the harness system on our building's ladder, and guiding me through his professional advice at the end. We look forward to seeing another Tech this winter to make sure our Heating is operating properly as well, and hope that this is the beginning of a solid relationship to ensure our home is functioning in top condition for years to come. Thank you, Wighton's!

  Everyone we have interacted with has been the best. Polite, professional, responsive. We had a new water softener system installed, some plumbing redone, and water heater service. Everything was completed promptly and professionally. They are also fast to respond to inquiries. They provide great service and peace of mind. Very good service. We will use them again. Highly recommended. Thank you.

  Marcos did a great job inspecting and testing my A/C so that it would be ready for the hot summers that we have ahead of us. Marcos was also very informative about the system and how to do my own maintenance through out the year.

  Never got a call back, my mother in laws house has an old air conditioner and it is leaking condesate. I mentioned I had already discovered the leak and wanted to have a call to assess if it was a part they could replace rather than spend $100 to come tell me the part that is broken. She doesn't have a ton of money and I was trying to spare costs where I could. It is still leaking and no return call. Can still make it right but won't hold my breath.
