  We are moving in to our new home up here in the central coast. We had a leaky 1/2 men’s bathroom in the garage and 2 outdoor faucets with broken bibs. We also needed a new sediment trap for our gas water heater. Derek with Culbert Plumbing did a great job. He was very friendly, helpful and discussed and explained not only these repairs, but explained the hard water impact and water softener options available through his company. He did an amazing job cleaning up after he completed the job. I would recommend Derek to friends and families in need of a plumber. Thank you for the amazing service!

  Today, John and his partner were terrific. All the way from getting here in a timely fashion to Quick assessment of what needed to be fixed and how to do it, and then getting the work done to an hour leak.   I have a rental property in SLO and they reported a leaking water heater with no hot water. I have a handyman who has done some work for me when I can’t. He recommended Culbert Plumbing. I was very impressed with the quick response from Culbert Plumbing. They got their technician John out there within an hour and it was diagnosed that a replacement water heater was needed. All was done very quickly and my tenant was very pleased. I now have them in my contact list and I’d recommend you do the same.

  Joshua at Culbert Plumbing was fantastic to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of work was excellent, and he made the whole process stress-free from start to finish. It’s hard to find someone reliable and honest, and Joshua definitely exceeded expectations.   CULBERT’s Plumbing exceeded my expectations. When I called, Liz nicely answered the phone immediately. I needed a new dishwasher installed. It was not an emergency, but 40 minutes later, A courteous, efficient, nice young man, Joshua, arrived. He went to work and a little over an hour later, this part of the “dishwasher drama” was happily over! It’s so rare to get such good service these days from anyone! CULBERT’s Plumbing earned 6 stars this day.
