Manual worked quickly and checked everything worked before he finished. James set the internal circulation pump correctly so we can get more instant hot water now. They promised to check with us in a few days if it is working properly. Older water heater was not set correctly. The diagnosis of the noise was also diagnosed before a replacement was suggested and implemented. Good professionals.
