- EGElizabeth GomesSep 25, 20265.0Lea and Michael were great to work with and very knowledgeable.
- DKdeborah knothSep 17, 20265.0Everything went smoothly and according to plan. Lea was helpful with making good choices and went over and above to help us get our warranty to take effect for older shades from Hunter Douglas. Michael let me know when he was running just a little late and was efficient in installing 9 windows worth of blinds. He was also very informative about new warranties and care of shades. Both were very pleasant to work with! An overall extremely satisfactory experience!
- EPEllen PelisseroAug 27, 20265.0When a string snapped on my living room drapes that required a complicated re-stringing I called Budget Blinds of San Leandro. Both technician Ryan and owner Michael came to my house, understood the problem, and offered to research repair options as to expediency and price: a local authorized repair company or shipping back to the manufacturer. There was no service charge for the research and recommendation they provided and guidance through connecting with the repair service. Budget Blinds customer service was above and beyond what I could have expected. A rare experience with companies these days. I can't recommend them more highly. Ellen Pelissero, San Leandro
- ETEma TorresAug 8, 20265.0We had the best experience with Budget Blinds! We reached out to different window covering companies in the East Bay and we knew Budget Blinds was the best choice. Lea, Michael, and their team made every step of the process easy and enjoyable. We would recommend them to anyone looking into window coverings for their home!
- NSNadine SurFeb 24, 20245.0We had a very positive experience with Budget Blinds. We love the honeycomb shades we ordered for the living room and bedroom. Service with Budget Blinds was easy, friendly, respectful and quicker than expected. Please support this local family business.
