  We hired Robert for a permitted window/door structural modification project in Newark. We had an excellent experience working with Robert and his team on a fairly complex home renovation project. They installed a brand-new sliding door opening to our side yard and a new window above our staircase. both of which required significant structural work and were not simple retrofit. This project involved demolition to open up exterior walls, new framing, stucco repair, drywall work, and final finishing. It was a challenging job, but Robert took it on confidently and delivered outstanding results at a very competitive price. From the beginning, he was incredibly responsive, communicative, and professional. He set clear expectations for the timeline and honored them exactly, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the process. What really stood out was Robert’s commitment to quality. He never cut corners, and he made sure every phase of the work was done properly. He was personally present on-site during key stages of the project, especially during inspections. He made sure all of the inspector’s questions were addressed immediately, which helped us pass inspections smoothly and close out the permit without any issues. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines craftsmanship, reliability, fair pricing, and excellent communication, especially for larger, more complicated projects. Robert made what could have been a stressful renovation feel manageable and straightforward. He helped us finally complete a project that had been on our list for a long time, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Robert and his team for any construction or remodeling work, especially if your project is more involved or requires structural changes. Supporting a hardworking local family-owned business like his feels much better than dealing with larger companies where personal attention can get lost. Robert genuinely cares about his customers, stands by his work, and takes pride in doing the job right.

  We began working with Robert even before our plans were approved by the city, and that early involvement made a huge difference in the success of our full home remodel. Although we already had an architect, Robert suggested going with a coffered ceiling instead of a vaulted ceiling and that turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for the house. Robert is extremely thorough and his attention to detail is outstanding. He thinks through every aspect of the project and offers thoughtful recommendations that truly elevate the final result. Just as importantly, his entire team is amazing to work with professional, responsive, and clearly skilled at what they do. Our project was a major renovation of a 4-bed, 3-bath home, including the addition of a new bathroom and extensive structural work. Almost every wall in the house was touched, yet the process was well managed from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone considering a full home remodel or major renovation.

  Robert and his team created my dream bathroom and kitchen. I have worked with Robert on two remodel projects (kitchen and now my master bathroom) and he has always provided the highest quality results at a reasonable price. I can trust Robert with handling the process from start to finish. His workers always show up on time (exactly as scheduled) and he is right there as well, ensuring the process goes smoothly. Robert will work with you to make sure all your requests are accounted for, even things that come up after the project has started. His team did the tear down, demo, window close in, tile, plumbing and electrical for my full bathroom remodel. They worked through various complex plumbing, electrical, and tiling requirements that I had. I couldn't be happier with the results - I now have a spa bathroom and chef kitchen! Thanks!!

  I had remolded 2 years ago and always can't get good contractors to fix the squeaky floors, pocket door that hard to open...headache problems. 2 days ago, Robert & his 6 workers came over to fix these problems. The price is very good among all estimates. Just in one day he finished repairs. He is responsible, capable, enthusiastic & helpful contractor and his workers are very polite, dedicated & professional to get job down. Robert made my day. Finally, I can enjoy my dream home! I definitely recommend this contractor to you, trust me.

  We had Robert help us with renovating our kitchen and our office room last year. I cant say enough good things about the professionalism and quality this team brings with them. They were honest, timely and most importantly they were very accommodating. They worked around our schedule and completed the Reno while we were vacationing. Highly recommend these folks and can't wait to engage them on the next Reno project that we will begin.
