  Water Heaters Only provided a great experience from start to finish. We had an emergency and they responded quickly, used quality materials, and were completely transparent about pricing. Our technician, John Aguirre, did fantastic work. He was professional, thorough, and delivered a very clean replacement of the water heater system and associated plumbing. He explained every step of the process, kept us updated throughout the work, and completed a detailed final walkthrough when everything was finished. Excellent service and workmanship.   I shopped around with a few installers. The service that I got from Water Heaters Only was clearly at a different level. Alex came by next day, and in 5 minutes explained the best solution for my situation. No fluff, clear and simple. With other installers it was a much longer process, and they included several items that I wasn't sure are needed. Great communication throughout the process. The heater was ordered same day, and installation was fast, clean, and professional. Oh, and they also beat everyone else on the price. Highly recommended.

  John Aguirre came by our house to look at our busted electric water heater to see if it can be repaired. Whereas others who came by didn’t even bother opening it to see if the heating rods can be replaced, John took things off to peak in, took pictures and clearly showed that the water heater was in no condition for repairs, gave a quote for a new one (which was much more competitive than others), even came by on Sunday because he realized that we were without hot water, and replaced the old water heater with a new one. He did a clean job, with no damage to the property, and hauled away the old water heater. Great experience!

  Due to the regulatory requirement commencing 01Jan2017 in the Bt Area, we decided to replace our gas tank water heater with a gas tankless water heater. Our old water heater was going on 13 years and near its end anyways. A tankless electric water heater would require a new electrical panel. Loni O. came to our house for an onsite estimate and we knew the minute he started talking and explaining, that he was the man. Estimate was solid and fair. We asked for Loni to perform the install. Not a problem. He slayed the install. Came around 12:30 and was done a little after 5pm. He didn’t want us to be without water for long and had the water back on in about 2 hours. Nice, friendly, very knowledgeable, advanced senior experience. Highly recommended. Ask for Loni O.
