  We just got our shed installed. The contractors from Tuff Shed did a great job. Michele helped us selected the shed that fits our backyard. She was patient and helpful. If you need a new shed, we highly recommend Tuff Shed.

  Michele spent a lot of time listening to our shed wants and needs. We began our Tuff Shed experience in January 2026, and we took a long time researching and comparing options for our choice of shed providers. After several months and Michele spending another couple hours refining our shed build, we bought 2 sheds. One 8X12 and one 10X12. Michele and Tuff Shed management were kind in offering some free upgrades as well as a couple significant discounts. We are very grateful to Michele and Tuff Shed for helping us complete this long-awaited project. We look forward to seeing our two beautiful sheds when they are completed!

  Michele was a great help with customizing our Tuff shed. She’s very knowledgeable and experienced. We’re going to use it for a home gym and she provided a lot of recommendations so that we could make the space exactly as envisioned.

  One star, and that single star belongs entirely to the two-man install crew, not the company. From start to finish, this was a frustrating and expensive lesson in a company that will not stand behind its own mistakes. We bought a shed, and the DocuSign paperwork they sent had the wrong shed on it. That was their error, not ours. When I caught it and pointed it out, instead of simply correcting it, they refused to make it right and tried to charge me an outrageous restocking fee to fix a mistake I never made. It got worse from there. Because the wrong shed was selected and sent, it did not fit the space when the crew arrived, so the entire installation had to be rescheduled. Since the mistake was 100% theirs, they told me they would absorb the rescheduling fee. Then, when I called to actually book the new install date, they went back on their word and refused to honor it. Through all of it, the office staff were arrogant, rude, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for anything. They made none of it right. The one bright spot was the two guys who did the actual install. They were professional, skilled, and easy to work with, and they did a great job. They deserve better than the company they represent. I would not recommend Tuff Shed to anyone. Do your homework before you hand them a deposit.
