He asked me to send a few pictures of my garage door, identified the type immediately, and provided an accurate quote over the phone with no hidden costs or surprises. Pablo, the installer, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. One of my garage door springs was broken, and he replaced both springs professionally and efficiently. The work was completed quickly, and the quality of the installation was excellent. They also guaranteed the labor for one year and parts for 5 years. I truly appreciate their honesty, transparent pricing, and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend No Shortcut Garage Doors to anyone looking for reliable and professional garage door service.

  John and his team were Great! Excellent service installing a new garage door. They went above and beyond to give a fair quote/price for all I requested. They installed bug proof garage door bottom seal, a weather/bug defender threshold on garage floor, and side shields. Five stars!

Working with large nationwide companies can often feel overwhelming because you don’t even know where to start, and unfortunately, nobody really takes the time to kindly explain things step by step. John was different. He professionally explained what was worth repairing, what was unnecessary, and what options made the most sense long term. That honesty and guidance were something I genuinely appreciated. Another huge advantage was having access to the showroom, which made the decision process much easier and more comfortable. I was also under a very tight timeline, and John handled everything extremely professionally. The work was completed on time, communication was clear throughout the process, and he even went above and beyond with additional service and support. You can tell immediately that he truly knows what he’s doing. Five stars well deserved. Highly recommend!
