  This was a difficult HVAC installation, but the technicians were up for the challenge and did a great job. They showed up each day when they said they would and always cleaned up before they left.

  IRBIS just installed our brand new Carrier heat pump and air-handler. We upgraded from a gas furnace with no current AC. We were really impressed by the initial consultation and after the first day that the crew was here, we knew we made the right decision to go with IRBIS. The crew was extremely professional, considerate, and I can tell they went above and beyond to work with what they were given, considering our townhome is a little funky. The crew, (shoutout to Christian and Laki!) were some of the nicest technicians I've ever dealt with. They explained everything that they did when I asked. I can't recommend IRBIS enough. They aren't the cheapest, but these days you get what you pay for and they were worth every single penny. We turned down cheaper estimates because we didn't have confidence with their approaches. With IRBIS, they handled everything and did it quick. If you need a heat pump, go with IRBIS!

  I hired them to fix a broken pipe. Not only did they fix the pipe but they also fixed an issue with my dryer that 2 other HVAC people couldnt resolve. They charged a very reasonable rate and came up with reasonable solutions as opposed to very expensive, complicated ones. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

  Engaged IRBIS to replace gas furnace and AC with electrical heat pump HVAC in 2023 and came back 3 years later to have IRBIS replace a gas water heater with an electric heat pump water heater. Work quality was excellent for both jobs, and permitting / follow-up maintenance has been easy. Technicians Andres and Andy did great work on the water heater replacement! I came back as a repeat customer (so obviously was happy with the first job) and would continue to recommend to others.

  We decided to replace our entire HVAC system with a heat pump after discovering a leak in our old AC unit. Since our original system was almost 30 years old, we consulted many vendors, but we were most impressed by IRBIS's responsiveness; they always replied immediately via phone or text. Ray visited our home and presented multiple replacement options and provided a detailed description of the work involved. He truly worked with us to meet our specific needs. We ultimately chose a heat pump HVAC with a zoning option. Jose and Benedicto team was outstanding. They texted us when they were on their way, performed a high-quality and clean installation, and were incredibly respectful of our property. Jose was very attentive to our questions and problems, with Jose explaining each phase of the installation as they went. They also ensured the workspace was cleaned up every single day. Additionally, IRBIS provided a dedicated coordinator to help us navigate the rebate and loan application process, which made those work much easier. We were thoroughly impressed with their communication, scheduling, and professional explanations of the system's operation. IRBIS is top-notch, competitively priced, and highly professional. We couldn't be happier with the experience.
