  I had a great experience with the IRBIS installation team—Alberto, Jorge, Franklin, and Ezequias. They installed our two heat pump systems (upstairs and downstairs) along with a new electrical subpanel, and did an excellent job. The team was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything before they left. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they kept the work area clean and organized. I truly appreciate their hard work and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a high-quality HVAC installation. Thank you, Alberto, Jorge, Franklin, and Ezequias!

  We had another excellent experience with IRBIS for our HVAC installation. The technicians, Anthony Sanchez and Ezequias Velasquez, were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They made the entire installation process seamless, kept us informed throughout the project, and took great care to ensure everything was completed properly. This is the second home where we have used IRBIS, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Their attention to detail, quality of work, and commitment to customer satisfaction are outstanding. We highly recommend IRBIS to anyone looking for reliable HVAC services!

  We recently had IRBIS install a new heat pump system and a heat pump water heater, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. A special shout out to the heat pump team — Christian Palomino and Alexander Lopez — and the water heater team — Rigoberto Rosales and Anthony Sanchez. Both teams were outstanding in every way. They were patient, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was their professionalism and willingness to answer all of our questions, making us feel confident and informed every step of the way. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and we are truly grateful for the care and dedication each team member brought to our home. If you're considering upgrading to a heat pump system or heat pump water heater, look no further than IRBIS. We highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call on them again in the future.   I contacted several big name and no-name plumbers for a new water heater. I planned for a Heat Pump to replace my dying gas unit. Only 1 reputable plumber quoted a lower price than Irbis, with most making ridiculous quotes (close to $15k including electrical work)! I chose Irbis because they were very professional and up front during the bidding process. Once engaged, they promptly followed through with setting up the appointment. One of the things a HPWH may need is expanded electrical capacity which the quoter explicitly mentioned. I assumed the quote included the extra electrical work, but when they showed up, they weren't prepared to do this work. I double checked the quote and to my embarassment, it wasn't in there. My fault for not double checking. I told the guys, sorry, my fault, but we're going to have to cancel the work since my electrical panel was maxed out. The lead Plumber said, hold on and let me check with the project manager. After a little while, he came to me and said, they'd honor the quote, and include the electrical work (including new sub-panel) for the same cost! That was way more than I expected. Totally above and beyond! They pulled an electrician to come on site, and completed all the work on time and cleaned up after themselves. I just needed to toss a trash bag into my bin. (of course I sorted the recycleables out first). The biggest benefit of Irbis was their rebate team. They stayed on top of the entire rebate submission, tracking and follow up to ensure I got all the tax/local/utility rebates that I qualified for! That alone is worth any premium that a great, professional team like Irbis might charge for any project.

  IRBIS website details of the company’s services including plumbing and electrical are detailed and seemed to good to be real. It's is all real and simplified our needs...that we only need the one company. My husband and I are exceptionally satisfied with our first IRBIS home services and inspection. Our technician, Christian contacted us in advance of his arrival and updated us via text and call of his traffic delay. Christian and Ethan entered our home with shoes covered. Christian was an excellent trainer/ mentor for his co-worker Ethan. Christian patiently listened and responded to all of our list of questions. We had air quality and air flow issues. Christian used a UV light and a meter to asses the ducts and check for mold and provided us pictures. It is good that IRBIS can clean our ducts as a fee service if that is ever needed. He thoroughly performed the Preventive Maintenance. Our furnace and AC had not been serviced in two years. Christian responded to our questions about heat pumps and and upcoming gas appliances and furnace air quality laws. He confirmed that IRBIS would work with our city permitting when when we need permitting for a change to heat pump. If we need any new equipment we would purchase from IRBIS. The no interest purchase is good incentive for us. We purchased the yearly Home Care plan and will continue to renew our plan annually. We referred two of our friends to IRBIS.
