  I received a coupon by post from Irbis for an ac tune up. On a whim, took advantage of this. They responded promptly, and sent Bahruz (Brian) the very next day. Incredibly professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. I got them to send him back and check a couple more things, and have signed up for their Home comfort plan! I feel this is money that will be put to good use and avoid my needing to go to help or Nextdoor every time I have a heating or plumbing issue!

  The whole Irbis team was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish for our whole system project being abatement, new hvac system with duct work & attic insulation. We got a few quotes & weren't sure we'd be able to do as the financing is so high with most companies, but IRBIS surpassed all expectations and did exactly what they said they were going to do as planned per the very thorough estimate we received from Raymond, who I have to give props to for working with me on all my questions. I really appreciated his feedback & didn't feel pressured AT ALL!! I really appreciate it how he valued and listen to all my concerns. He was very down to earth while being professional and personable in helping me to navigate this big purchase decision. He provided customized explicit quotes that addressed all my questions and laying out the whole plan from considerations to keep in mind to what to expect for the overall project scope write down to the rebates and warranty. The hand off from sales to their project management and rebates team was pretty seamless as well. There wasn't one time where they didn't take my call for questions or concerns whether by phone, text or email. They were very communicative through the whole entire process. They looked into all rebates as well which we were very pleased with estimate for what we needed. It was a week long project & the crew that came out was very knowledgeable and provided a walk-through before and after the job so that there was no surprises and they did everything within the timeline they said they would. I highly recommend this IRBIS and hope that their service technicians can also meet the same standards. Thank you IRBIS.

  Raymond was the technician who discussed the best system for our home. Very professional and friendly. Discussed the pros and cons of the different systems. Jose, Benny and Javier were the technicians who installed our heat pump system. They were very efficient. Jose explained everything that needed to be done as well as some unforseen issues that they handled fast and professionally. They even added another outlet for our tankless water heater since they notice the long power cord to an existing outlet. We will recommend Irbis for any HVAC work.

  I cannot recommend Irbis enough if you need HVAC work done! For our project, we had a 38-year-old furnace and figured it was finally time to upgrade to a heat pump and bring things into modern times. To be honest, I avoided Irbis at first because they had the fancy ads and branded trucks. In my mind, that usually means you're paying a premium for marketing. After spending a week getting quotes and talking to different contractors, I finally decided to give Irbis a call after noticing another unit in our complex had used them. I'm so glad I did. Not only did they come back with the most accurate and transparent quote, it actually ended up being the lowest. The best part was that everything was included. Other companies used vague wording that made it feel like there would be extra charges later, but Irbis was upfront about everything from the beginning. I also really appreciated that they handled all of our HOA paperwork and the required compliance process. That alone saved me a ton of time and stress. From scheduling, to the estimate, to the installation, everyone we worked with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to deal with. With this week's heat wave, I couldn't be happier with our decision to upgrade our HVAC. More importantly, I'm really happy we chose Irbis. The install looks fantastic, everything was done professionally, and the whole experience was just easy. That's honestly pretty rare these days.

Prompt & Modern Communication From the very beginning, IRBIS was incredibly responsive and professional. Immediately after I submitted my request on Yelp, I was contacted within 5 minutes to schedule an appointment. They were even able to send someone out the very next day! Their use of technology is top-notch—they communicate effectively via text messages and even provide real-time location tracking for the installer so you know exactly when to expect them. Seamless Consultation & Instant Rebate Processing My design specialist, Raymond, was fantastic. He took the time to walk me through the technology behind heat pumps, carefully noted my house size and temperature preferences, and recommended a properly sized system. He laid out different options at various price points to fit my budget and provided a quote right on the spot—documenting it online immediately for my signature. Their competitive pricing and stellar reputation made signing a no-brainer. To top it off, within 15 minutes of signing the agreement, IRBIS was already processing my rebate claim! Efficient & Flexible Scheduling IRBIS originally scheduled my installation for the following week, but thanks to their availability, they were actually able to move it up a day early! Top-Notch Installation Team The entire installation took 1.5 days, and the crew was stellar: * Day 1: Pablo and Jose arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and got straight to work. They safely removed the old unit, installed the new heat pump and air handler, ensured the drainage was strictly up to code, and properly set up the refrigerant piping. * Day 2 (Half Day): Pablo and Jose returned with Johan and Jorge. They installed external outlets for GFCI compliance, dug a dry well for drainage, connected all the ductwork, and wrapped up the final electrical finishes before midday. Above-and-Beyond Customer Care Before heading out, Pablo walked me through setting up my new Nest thermostat, explained basic filter maintenance, and showed me the emergency shutoff. The team even stayed a bit longer just to monitor the system and ensure it was actively cooling down the house properly. Bottom Line: I am extremely satisfied with the entire process from end to end. I cannot recommend IRBIS enough and will absolutely be using them for all my future HVAC needs!
