When I went to pick up a handle for my vanity, Terry was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite there being no one else in line, she kept asking me to move—first to the side, then claiming I was in the walkway. I am seven months pregnant and had bags with me that I needed to rest on a stool, yet she made me move the stool back and forth repeatedly. She even shoved my paperwork toward me using her mouse. If you go to Granite Expo, I’d recommend asking for someone other than Terry.
