  Alex from Fuse came out to perform long-over due maintenance on my water heater. He is very professional and did a great job. Thanks for taking time to clean out the sediment in the tank and giving me very useful information. Thanks for doing a great job.

  I was really impressed with the initial interactions with the sales person. Very impressed with the automated texts telling me when to expect the person. I thought the personal bios of the technicians were a bit, cheesy. With that being said, that had no bearing on the work. I am very impressed in how the system is working with the new ducts. It’s like night and day. The only areas that I feel could be improved is for the estimators or lead technicians to explain what areas of the house will need to be accessed before being accessed. The other area would be to have a strong English speaker in the technicians group, at least for English speaking customers, as there was a language barrier. Again, in the end, the job was done well.
