  Max showed up on time and was able quickly assess our electrical issue. Unfortunately, the problem was with an appliance, not our wiring, so he was unable to get our refrigerator going (that will take a separate visit from GE) but he demonstrated that our outlet was working fine, and that the problem rests with our appliance.

  Very easy to schedule with them. Love the ability to text to schedule or reschedule in my case. Martin came to diagnose the issue and easily explained the issue as well as next steps. As of now i have an upcoming appointment to get the issue fixed.

  Fuse was very responsive and gave an efficient system. The job was simple - replace a GFCI outlet. It was done quickly and professionally. The only thing I didn't like was the price. They have a standard rate of $300 for the first outlet and $100 for each additional outlet. With only one outlet to fix the $300 for a 20 minute job was pretty high, I think. The service call was included.

  Very knowledgeable, was able to solve the issue which itself was minor and was covered under the diagnostic fee. But quoting another $600 for work that was not critical once the issue was solved rubbed me the wrong way. So in summary - expertise was good, but be careful of additional quotes and costs that may not be necessary.

  We got our old hvac replaced with new heat pump based hvac and are extremely happy with the overall experience. Austin and Wade were very knowledgeable and kind and they explained all our questions patiently and did complete the work on time with excellent quality. Would highly recommend!
