  Mike was great to work with from start to finish. From our first visit, he took the time to understand what we were looking for, shared his expertise, and made helpful recommendations based on our needs. He made everything from selecting the flooring to payment and delivery smooth and easy. He was flexible, kind, and very understanding, and his thoughtfulness really stood out to us. We visited several other flooring shops, but this shop had some options that we couldn’t find anywhere else. They also had competitive pricing and a great variety of flooring. Overall, we had a great experience!

  I worked with Mike to purchase Mirage engineered hardwood flooring, and the entire experience was excellent. From the moment we walked into the store knowing very little about hardwood flooring, Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He guided us through the different options and helped us choose the flooring that best matched our needs and preferences. Mike assisted us throughout the entire process, from selecting the flooring to final delivery. He was very diligent about keeping us updated on the order status and promptly let us know as soon as the flooring was available for pickup. This was by far one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve had during our remodeling project. I highly recommend Floor Depot and Mike for anyone looking for hardwood flooring. You can expect knowledgeable advice, excellent communication, and truly outstanding customer service.

  Great experience with Floor Depot. They helped us replace old laminate floors with solid hardwood and the results are outstanding. George helped us with our selection, prepared our bid and scheduled the job. He is easy to work with, very helpful and kept all his commitments. The job finished ahead of schedule. Manuel led the installation team and did a fantastic job. His craftsmanship and attention to detail was impressive. Our sub-floor was creaky and far from level and Manuel did an amazing job layering and feathering plywood to make the surface completely level and solid before starting the hardwood installation. The hardwood went in flawlessly and the baseboard installation is perfect with no gaps. An impressive 5-star job overall.

  Floor Depot had a great selection of flooring and we found our new floor within 20 mins. The installation crew did an excellent job leveling our very uneven floors before installing our new beautiful laminate floor that look like real wood. They also installed baseboards and replaced trimming around kitchen island. We love the results and highly recommend George and crew! Pricing was also very transparent and competitive.
