  Great selection, staff, and pricing. Will definitely be coming back for all my future plumbing needs. I am a DIY'er that was in need of a pressure reducing valve (PRV) for a home. Thankfully all of the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, Ace) were sold out because the situation led me to checking plumbing supply shops, and eventually to Ferguson Plumbing Supply. For other DIY'ers: supply houses tend to be more "full service" style and face to face, where you need to talk to a person at the desk and they will grab the part(s) you need from the warehouse for you. It is much like a full service butcher or an autoparts store. This can lead longer waits when they are busy as opposed to big box stores where you grab everything yourself, however the experience is still better than trying to find a Home Depot employee to unlock a cage when they are busy. Thankfully I stopped by at a less busy time, around 9AM on a Wednesday, but a bit of patience always goes a long way. The employee that helped me during my visit was very friendly and was patient of all the questions that I had. I already knew the part number I needed, and they were able to grab it from the warehouse and show the parts in the box. The PRV I needed only costed around $230 at Ferguson as opposed to over $280 at big box stores.

  Salvadore is the Best Counter supervisor I have seen. He is super knowledgeable and skillful. I have a shower faucet issue: it can not stop dripping. It needs a special Delta cartridge. My busy plumber can not get the right cartridge after he tried 2 stores. That old cartridge is also very difficult to be removed. To avoid to cut the back wall to replace the whole valve set and save some money and hassle, my plumber suggested me to take pictures and video and to go to the different plumbing stores to see if I can find the right one. I went to 4 plumbing stores to look for that special shower cartridge. All of the other 3 store staffs do not get which brand or model of the cartridge from the pictures and video. Salvadore impressed me by his experiences and knowledge and professionalism: he is very patient even I am that day last customer near closing. He is also the only one, who found me the right cartridge from looking the pictures. I truly appreciate his help very much. I strongly recommend this store to ALL! Thank you very much, Salvadore!

  These guys were great! Went in with no clue what I was buying I told them what I wanted and they got me in and out in 15 mins.
