  Called after getting a promo flyer in the mail for maintenance service. Professional technician and he gave me a prioritized list of repairs that should happen next on my 20 year old air conditioner. So far, so good with the AC.

  Dillon was excellent. We’re dealing with a bit of a mystery HVAC issue and it’s great to finally have a solid HVAC pro in my contacts again. 72° has also been incredibly communicative about appointments and arrival times, which I really appreciate. I also like that they use ServiceTitan for billing — it’s modern and makes it easy to pay right after the service is complete.

  We had a great experience from start to finish. The front office team was friendly and helpful, and communication throughout the process was excellent. We received text confirmations, appointment reminders, and a notification when our technician was on the way, which made everything incredibly easy. Patrick was our technician, and he was fantastic. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, answered all of our questions, and was patient, thorough, and genuinely kind throughout the visit. He stayed for several hours to troubleshoot the issue and didn't leave until our AC was back up and running—all during a heat wave! We were so appreciative that he was able to get everything resolved the same day. As an added bonus, after I had already paid for the diagnostic visit, I found a coupon for their company. Patrick was happy to honor it, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Professional, communicative, and truly customer-focused.

  Our AC had been barely hanging on. It finally stopped working and it’s summer time. From Maria in the front office, to Sean, Patrick and the two other technicians, this company is the best we’ve encountered in the Bay Area! We called, got a quote and had it fixed within 2 days. They stayed until it was fixed, even though there was an unexpected problem! The owner drove and got the part that we needed! They were here for 10 hours so we wouldn’t have to wait another day! It works like a dream now! We are super impressed.
