We decided to contract with them to have air conditioning installed, which involved replacing our old furnace and ductwork, because Matt Farber gave us a thorough description of what the job would entail. He also offered a competitive price. He arranged for asbestos abatement and for the necessary inspections and guaranteed that we would get the rebates for which we were eligible. Julio and the crew arrived on time (actually a day early, with our permission) and they worked very professionally until the job was done. They were respectful of our property. Matt did the final walk-through inspection and he was quite thorough. He has an eye for detail. I had the sense that he was really committed to going the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. He helped me with the on-line registration of the product and gave me a detailed tutorial on how to operate the system. He actually came back a second time to explain things to my wife, who had not been at home when he did the first tutorial. He answered all our questions and explained things in detail. We have worked with a number of contractors on various projects, including furnace replacement and repair, and Air Quality was exceptional.
- ALAnn LauDec 5, 20135.0We've had Air Quality and Heat install our Carrier system a couple years ago and they have been doing yearly maintenance on it for us. They were prompt and on time for each appointment. Not only that, but they have the records of when our maintenance is due and will provide courtesy call to remind us that it's time to maintain our system. So far, the system is operating as advertised. The technicians also provide great service/assistance to our questions, especially with the safety protection feature of our compressor, etc. Thanks!
