  Thank you j&m for sending out Jonathan it was nice meeting him .he show up on time .he is a really good listener an vey helpful .supper customer service support.he was very helpful looking for financial source an had some options that would work for me to get my ac fix.he was helpful in what I need now an what I need in the future.i do have some more projects in the future like getting the rest of the parts I need for the AC an the heater been out since last year..love how there pictures on what he was working on an how bad it was.like the detail.when I get more money love for you guys come out I got work for you..my dad highly recommended you he was so pleased and happy of the work that you did for him and I'm so happy I got to experience that experience too..thank you so much.have a blessed day 💞

  J&M has a long tenure in the HVAC business, 50+ years, this does not happen because of luck. The technician showed up on time, took the time to listen, and gave me an honest evaluation of the situation. I was impressed from the time I called for service, the lady that took my call was professional and reassuring, she gave me confidence I had called the right company. The end result is a new mini split installation in the hot room of the home we just bought. The technician explained the situation of the manufactured home, the ceiling supply vents limitations, and the expectations I had. I'm an old HVAC Contractor, and a tough customer to say the least. I know I made a smart decision by having J&M do what I'm not capable of anymore. I recommend you give them a call and allow them the opportunity to make things right at your home.

  Still waiting to hear from my maintenance management company on the bid but I know you were here and you did great work while you were here thorough and I'm pretty sure honest I've dealt with you guys in the past and you're great but I have to wait to give you the honest review you want, but you guys showed up on time spent time dealt with the problem thank you

  I just called J & M for help with an A/C issue at my business, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! From the moment Matthew answered my call, the customer service was exceptional. They immediately sent someone out, and Enrique arrived to help diagnose the issue. Enrique was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. You can genuinely tell when a company operates with integrity, and that was my experience with J & M. There was no runaround, no pressure, and no feeling like they were just there to take my money. Enrique took the time to explain what was going on and helped me explore the most feasible and practical resolution instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that you can tell doesn’t cut corners or BS their customers. I was beyond pleased with the professionalism and level of service from start to finish. I will absolutely be recommending J & M to others, and I especially want to give Enrique the recognition he deserves. Thank you for being so pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like this is exactly how you earn lifelong customers! 10/10 experience!

  AJ was very professional, as well as friendly. He explained in detail what was going on with our A/C system, as well as showed me pictures of the disconnected air duct under the house. He was thorough & detailed enough so that I could understand what he was talking about, instead of rushing through it, which some others might have done, and I really appreciated that! On top of that, he explained it all over again to my mother, so we really appreciate the time he took & the recommendations he gave! We will be signing up for a maintenance membership. Thank you!
