  I like this AC company very much. I know others that are cheaper for a tune-up, but my development has a very good relationship with this company in particular. The technicians are polite, and they look out for things. I don't know what they do on the roof when they do the tune-up, but I believe they do their work keeping everything in good shape, besides looking for what's wrong to charge for more services. Also, I believe they have tight schedules, and sometimes they reschedule appointments at the last moment.

  Peter and his team were very professional from start to finish. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to walk me through everything once the job was completed. We are a no shoes household, and they were incredibly respectful by covering our floors and wearing shoe covers throughout the installation. We really appreciated their attention to detail and respect for our home. I would highly recommend Peter and his team to anyone looking for reliable, professional HVAC services.

  Robbie was the first person that checked and gave us a quote. He was very informative what’s going on with our AC. He emailed what’s wrong with the parts and also captured pictures of the issues. I liked how he broke it down to three different quotes for us to choose from. We chose the last option because we wanted to have good ac in the long run. Then second time visit the parts came in, him and another guy named Esteban came through worked on it the whole day to make sure it works. We are going to have a cool summer! Thanks guys and J & M Air Condition and Heating.

  Great company thus far! Their technician that came to our residence, Zach Smith, for the appointment was very professional, courteous, timely & had overall great customer service! What I like about this company is the way they text you the day of the appointment with a picture of the technician that will be arriving. This is outstanding communication & overall transparency that I can relate to and respect. I will be having my AC unit moved to the side of my home for better spacing in my backyard. I’ll provide photos once the job has been completed.

  Manuel from J&M Air conditioning was out to repair my A/C. I was worried cause I knew it was going to be expensive. When I called the office staff was so understanding and patient. She listened to all my concerns and ended up getting me scheduled with in a few days. Other companies quoted a week or more wait and I care for disabled adults in my home. Manuel arrived with a positive attitude and diagnosed the issue quickly and effectively. He went out of his way to be helpful and efficient. He was careful of all of the household items as he moved through the house trying to access the attic. He delivered bad news with compassion and went out of his way to assist us with costly repairs keeping the charge as low as posssible. Manuel’s boss was consulted on occasion and he even showed us so much compassion patience and understanding of our circumstances. If you want an experience like this when making costly repairs you need to give all your business to J&M Air conditioning
