I reserved equipment online weeks ago and when I talked to this branch to schedule pickup they told me they didn't have that unit at all. The team member tried to give me the run around, saying my reservation was not actually confirmed. I have an email in front of me literally saying "Reservation confirmed. Consider it done." He then tried to upsell me to a bigger unit. Really shady!!
