Joseph Ruiz the founder of Rhapsody Painting & Environmental. He is a third generation San Franciscan. His grandfather and Father both were in the Painting Industry also . When I started Rhapsody Painting company in 1995 , I read that 89.5% of the buildings in San Francisco were painted with Lead Paint .So Rhapsody became one of the first Painting companies in the city to become Lead certified with the California Dept.of Public Health . Rhapsody has maintained the certifications since 1996. Their certifcation has never expired. Rhapsody has become known in the San Francisco Bay Area as the Lead Safe painting company who is well versed in lead safe work protocols known for protecting children first and secondly performing quality work
