  Looking for an AWESOME contractor??? Run, do not walk to your phone and give a call to Ranchers Construction. I have not been this happy with a contractor in the past 20 years!! Now almost everyone has a horror story about a bad contractor … and I can give you several. Those who leave the job half done, and those who did such a bad job that I had to pay another contractor just to fix the mess. Those who take your money and run. One day earlier this year, a charming man came by with cards when his crew was working on another home in the neighborhood and I went to see the work he was completing . I checked with my neighbors after I had driven by the job site multiple times to watch them at work. To say that I was pleased with the quality of their work is an understatement. I set up an appointment for a quote and then hired them. What a smart move on my part. Now, I must tell you that I warned them that after hiring that I would be watching everyday, all day, and it was only because I had been screwed over sooooo many times. And I watched. And what I could not see from the ground, Joseph would either climb up or pass his cell phone to whomever was up on the ladder to photographs for me. Yes, they found unseen damage, which I expected. But they never tried to increase the job without proving the necessity of the work AND obtaining my prior approval. Such a novel concept – no surprises. They were honest, and above and beyond in respect for me and my property. I could not recommend them higher, to family and friends alike – I have them on speed-dial, and will be calling on them for another job shortly!

  We had an excellent experience with Ranchers Construction. We contracted them for exterior painting, but as they prepared the wood they found localized wood rot from termites. They helped identify the areas of concern and provided a reasonable quote for the additional work. They were professional and efficient. They arrived early in the morning, used their time effectively and delivered a beautiful product within a reasonable time period. We recommend them and will keep them in mind for future projects.

  Joseph and the team at Ranchers Construction did an outstanding job on my home. They removed all of my old asbestos siding, and once it was off, they discovered unexpected termite damage and extensive dry rot in the sheathing and wall studs. Instead of cutting corners, Joseph took the time to explain the issues, walked me through my options, and made sure everything was repaired the right way. After completing the structural repairs, they installed new fiber cement siding with excellent craftsmanship. They also primed and painted the entire exterior, and the finished result looks amazing. The attention to detail, quality of work, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire project, Joseph was honest, communicative, and reliable. It’s clear that he takes pride in doing quality work and making sure the job is done correctly, even when unexpected problems come up. I highly recommend Ranchers Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor who delivers exceptional results. Thank you, Joseph, for transforming my home!

  I couldn’t be happier with the work Ranchers Construction did on my home. They installed a French drain around my property to help with drainage, built a beautiful patio, repaired and painted the wood siding on my house, and added stone veneer to the foundation. Every part of the project was completed with great attention to detail. The crew was professional, hardworking, and always kept me updated throughout the process. They showed up when they said they would, kept the job site clean, and made sure everything was done right. The French drain has already made a huge difference, the patio turned out exactly how I envisioned it, and the fresh paint and repairs completely transformed the look of my home. The stone veneer on the foundation was the perfect finishing touch and really boosted the curb appeal. It’s not easy to find a contractor you can trust, but Ranchers Construction exceeded my expectations from start to finish.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently hired Ranchers Construction to replace my shingle roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the entire process was professional, honest, and well-organized. Once they removed the old roofing materials, they discovered significant damage to some of the roof sheathing and several rafters that had deteriorated over time. Instead of simply covering up the problem, they immediately brought it to my attention, explained exactly what needed to be repaired, and provided clear photos and recommendations. Their transparency and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence. The crew replaced all of the damaged sheathing and repaired the affected rafters before installing the new roof. Their workmanship was excellent, and it was obvious they take pride in doing the job the right way rather than taking shortcuts. The new roof looks fantastic, and I have peace of mind knowing the underlying structure was properly repaired. They kept the job site clean, communicated throughout the project, and completed the work on schedule.
