  Ranchers Construction did an outstanding job on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We hired them to replace all of our old stucco siding, and throughout the project they demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and exceptional craftsmanship. Once the old siding was removed, the crew discovered extensive termite damage in several areas of the wall sheathing and structural studs. Instead of covering it up or taking shortcuts, they immediately informed us of the issue, explained the necessary repairs, and showed us exactly what was damaged. Their transparency and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that the job was being done correctly. They replaced all of the damaged sheathing and stud walls, ensuring the structure was sound before installing the new stucco siding. The quality of their work was impressive, and it was clear they take pride in doing things the right way. After completing the siding, they carefully primed and painted the entire exterior, leaving the house looking absolutely beautiful. The crew was punctual, respectful, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the final result exceeded our expectations.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the work Ranchers Construction did on my home. They repaired extensive dry rot, sanded all the affected areas, thoroughly cleaned everything, and did an amazing job priming and painting. The finished result looks fantastic and completely transformed the appearance of my house. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and professionalism. They showed up when they said they would, kept the work area clean, and took pride in doing the job right. The repairs are solid, the paint finish is beautiful, and everything was completed to a very high standard. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but Ranchers Construction exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing dry rot repairs, painting, siding, or general construction work.

  Our old, black, painted fence was rotting and after the past winter storms, it had started leaning over and became a potential safety hazard. We decided to replace it with a horizontal redwood fence for a more modern and contemporary look. Joseph, James, and the Ranchers Construction team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship really stood out, and it was clear they cared about doing the job the right way rather than taking shortcuts. In addition to the new fence, they also installed a French drain, foundation work, and a retaining wall, and everything was completed with the same level of professionalism and care. The finished project completely transformed the space. They were very easy to work with, communicated well throughout the process, completed the project in a reasonable amount of time, and were able to keep the entire job within our budget. They also made sure I was completely satisfied with the final result and took pride in delivering high-quality work.
