  I heard from two of my neighbors to try these guys for a possible skylight problem and definitely highly recommend after my experience! They responded within a few hours of submitting an online request and confirmed a technician appointment for the very next day. Eduardo Franco arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my issues as mere condescension vs leakage, he patiently explained and showed me a video he recorded. He also provided a ballpark for how many years is left on my roof. All this without charging me anything! Will definitely give these guys a call when my roof’s time is up.

  I am writing to express my deep concern regarding two significant issues plaguing the safety and well-being of the Francis Scott Key Elementary School and community: unpermitted roofing work and rampant double parking in the vicinity of the school premises. Despite their longstanding presence of over 20 years, it is distressing to witness their disregard for basic considerations of respect and care towards the community in which they operate. The ongoing roofing work, which lacks the necessary permits and is conducted during school hours, poses a serious risk to the health and safety of the students, teachers, and staff. Despite numerous attempts to address this issue with the responsible parties, including local authorities, no action has been taken to rectify the situation. In addition to the roofing work, the prevalence of double parking near the school has reached alarming levels. This reckless behavior not only obstructs traffic flow but also endangers pedestrians, especially children, who are forced to navigate through congested streets and dodge moving vehicles. These combined issues create a hazardous environment for everyone associated with the school, including students, educators, and parents. Urgent intervention is needed to address these concerns and ensure the safety of our community members. The safety and well-being of our children and educators are paramount, and I trust that prompt action will be taken to address these urgent matters.
