I Had Yoni install a Tesla Wall Connector and it was a seamless and professional experience at a competitive price.
Yoni came to do an estimate and was very thorough thinking through how to get the charger installed since my panel is not in my garage. He took the time to look at the project and explained his plan to route the wire.
I had 3 estimates and he was on par with another company but his thorough planning made me confident that he was the guy I wanted to do this project.
Communication, cost, execution were all great. You can't go wrong with Empire Electric and Yoni.

Terrible customer service. This is what I got when I submitted a detailed service request. I didn't specify a time frame because it's not urgent. I stated I was flexible. He marked it as unable to service because he's not available at that time. My job probably doesn't have a high enough price tag on it for him to make time for me, so he chose to show me that my business doesn't matter to him. Sad. Not a wise business practice.

Yani was fantastic. Our main breaker failed on a Sunday evening. On Monday morning he was able to get us temporary power to keep our refrigerator and basic electrical working. Once the new breaker arrived, he got it installed quickly and we were back to full power. He was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable.

I called Empire Electric for and EV charger install and Yoni was able to do the install the same day and his price was lower than the competition. He also was the only company with a 1 year warranty.
