Update: they sent someone to “fix it ” but it broke down from the same thing again and they don’t pick up the phone. it’s disappointing how a business who’s been doing this for so long can’t make working elevator

So far Dwan has far surpassed the dozen companies I have worked with over the last twenty-five years---from the start. From the staff who fielded the first call, to billing, to scheduling to the technician in the field. They haven't missed a beat. Amazing. Communicative. Follow through. Timely. Knowledgable. Professional. So far just feeling GRATEFUL I have finally found the right vendor! Thank you DWAN Elevator.
- DTDavid TheilMay 4, 20263.0Summary: good service and you should shop around for pricing. The mechanic did a great job. Very knowledgeable of models and how they work, and very professional.. The company’s hourly rate is significantly higher than others. The portal to portal labor charging is somewhat understandable given Bay Area traffic and is apparently traditional in the Elevator repair world, however some providers do not . We went with them because of an urgent need. We went with them because in the balance of getting up and running sooner, this was worth the extra cost to us.
