So far Dwan has far surpassed the dozen companies I have worked with over the last twenty-five years---from the start. From the staff who fielded the first call, to billing, to scheduling to the technician in the field. They haven't missed a beat. Amazing. Communicative. Follow through. Timely. Knowledgable. Professional. So far just feeling GRATEFUL I have finally found the right vendor! Thank you DWAN Elevator.

The company’s hourly rate is significantly higher than others. The portal to portal labor charging is somewhat understandable given Bay Area traffic and is apparently traditional in the Elevator repair world, however some providers do not . We went with them because of an urgent need. We went with them because in the balance of getting up and running sooner, this was worth the extra cost to us.
