  All of my immediate issues were taken care of the same day. David Y. was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained what needed done in detail and got right to work. I will definitely use 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing for future work.

  Sean showed up within 30 min of me placing the call at 24/7 rooter & plumbing. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. It was a clogged up main sewer line. He’s super friendly and very competent.

  Roger Ponce did a great job in draining the clogged bathtub. Also, after the drainage is done, he left the tub clean. Great job Roger! Thank you.

  Good afternoon was a Customer today you guys send the guy out to my house his name was jed His customer service is really great and he did a great job. I can imagine using a different company because you guys have a guy like him working for you he made my day and he fixed everything what I needed to be fixed. Thank you guys for sending him out today fix all my problems in my house

  Started off great with an emergency service to happen within the hour. Unfortunately we didn’t see anybody for over 2hrs when I kept calling to see where the tech was. Got no info back. Then when he got here. He did not ask what’s going on but went straight to the landlord and spoke only i spanish. The landlord translated a line and I said loud enough ty for translating since I do t understand. They kept speaking in Spanish and again the tech did not ask me whats going on. When I then told him in detail he said ok ty for that info then turned to the landlord n began in Spanish again. All I. All the tech totally dismissed me. On top of that. They did not fix the issue and the landlord is now blaming the tech for this. My landlord is terrible so I don’t believe he told the tech to check something 3 times. I then called to speak to a supervisor about this review before posting. The girl on the phone was nice but I never got a return call or anybody to even say wow I’m sorry. I do not recommend this company. Start to finish. (Except the woman on the phone) has been a total waste of time and left me wondering what in the hell type of customer. Service that was. I called to have someone call back since we have a warranty. But haven’t heard anything since yesterday at 2. Terrible company
