  Booked an appointment for which they did not show up. Forty-five minutes after the appointment window closed, someone called to tell me that the technician could not make it. That's not the first time they were not on time, but it will be the last.

  Arthur did a fantastic job installing a separate circuit and outlet to charge our new EV in the garage! He was timely, courteous, and professional! ZED does a great job making the whole experience drama free with text updates and reminders! Highly recommend ZED for any electrical work in your home or garage. We've been using them for years.

  This is the second time I have used ZED Electric and both times they provided excellent work and outstanding service. Jesus and James knew what they were doing. Jesus installed canned lighting and dedicated circuits in my kitchen. James corrected a faulty outlet installed by Costco Connect for my dishwasher. The GFCI kept tripping yet the Costco people charged me for the outlet and left it like that. I knew I wanted ZED Electric to figure out what was going on and James did. I can finally get my dishwasher properly installed tomorrow. I would hire them again and again which is the highest compliment you can give anyone in business.
