From the moment we walked into VFM's showroom we were welcomed with respect, sincerity, and great customer service. Their Senior Sales Representative, Dhominique, thoroughly explained our options and was very accommodating to ensure we felt comfortable choosing a product that best satisfied our needs. VFM was prompt and made all their scheduled appointments on time, from conducting the initial survey to installing our new fence. Roman was the lead on-site contractor and we were very impressed with not only his quality of work, but also with his team's professionalism, punctuality, and sensibility. John, VFM's Operation Director, was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable as he helped us work with the engineer inspectors to ensure our permits were in order and that our fence met all criteria to remain within the city and HOA ordinances. We had a great overall experience and we highly recommend VFM.

The color match of the two different materials is spot on. The next day they came back and installed the zone zero aluminum fence and gate on the other side of the house. We are extremely happy with the product quality and the professional workmanship installing the fencing. We are using VFM for another fencing project as well.
