Couldn’t thank Elias enough for coming out today to service my AC. He was very knowledgeable and broke down the issue and the solution and got it done quickly.

Wilbert and Same Day Heating Cooling came in clutch. Our AC gave out right as we were heading into consecutive days of mid 90s and above. We made an appointment the night our AC went out and by noon the next day, he had everything fixed and ready to go within 45 minutes of arriving. Wilbert also went above and beyond and helped replace my filters all around the house. The speed of this allow us not to have to go to a hotel to escape the heat.

Elias took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and offer different solutions. He was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Same Day! If you call, ask for Elias :) He'll make sure to find the right solution for you!

hvac health checkup only. Not other work completed. Technician was friendly knowledgeable and prompt. Explained the readings that were shown on the equipment and what they meant in terms of my systems health. Will quote repairs with them in the future if something happens.

These guys are scammers and if Alan shows up at your door, then you're definitely in trouble. I was talked into a rep at Home Depot to let these guys come diagnose one of my AC units not working for $99 and to "tune up" my second AC unit for $25. Alan starts off asking me passive aggressive Qs like "who normally does your annual service?" so that when you say "no one", they get you psychologically thinking, "oh, I haven't done a good job maintaining my units" to prep me for when Alan finishes his inspection and comes back with $5000 to $25,000 of repair and thats exactly what happened. Alan gave me a huge laundry list of what is wrong with my furnaces, my AC units (even the one that is working!), my compressors, my blowers, etc, etc. Ultimately his diagnosis was that the broken AC had bad compressor. Then he charged me $99 for the diagnosis and $25 for the tune up! I said but you didn't do a tune up - he said "yes I did - I did an inspection/maintenance" and then tried to convince me that an "inspection" was the same thing as a "maintenance/tune up" and that's when I lost it and kicked him out. Today my normal AC guys (AC Mechanical Sol) came out and replaced the burned relay for $175 and the AC is blowing cold. Do NOT do business with Alan and the "Scam Day Heating Cooling and Plumbing"
