  These guys are scammers and if Alan shows up at your door, then you're definitely in trouble. I was talked into a rep at Home Depot to let these guys come diagnose one of my AC units not working for $99 and to "tune up" my second AC unit for $25. Alan starts off asking me passive aggressive Qs like "who normally does your annual service?" so that when you say "no one", they get you psychologically thinking, "oh, I haven't done a good job maintaining my units" to prep me for when Alan finishes his inspection and comes back with $5000 to $25,000 of repair and thats exactly what happened. Alan gave me a huge laundry list of what is wrong with my furnaces, my AC units (even the one that is working!), my compressors, my blowers, etc, etc. Ultimately his diagnosis was that the broken AC had bad compressor. Then he charged me $99 for the diagnosis and $25 for the tune up! I said but you didn't do a tune up - he said "yes I did - I did an inspection/maintenance" and then tried to convince me that an "inspection" was the same thing as a "maintenance/tune up" and that's when I lost it and kicked him out. Today my normal AC guys (AC Mechanical Sol) came out and replaced the burned relay for $175 and the AC is blowing cold. Do NOT do business with Alan and the "Scam Day Heating Cooling and Plumbing"

  Charged me $1250 to replace the AC capacitor and contactor, parts that cost less than $150 and that means the labor for a 20 minute job cost over $1,100. The entire job should have cost less than half that. And if that weren't bad enough, the Tech was constantly upselling with scare tactics. When the job was done, the tech said he'd email a receipt -- that was more than 24 hours ago and no receipt. I texted him today asking for the receipt. He didn't respond.

  I have dealt with both Alan and Anthony both were very professional and knowledgeable and hard working. Both took the time to explain what and why they were doing something. I trusted their judgment and opted for a full service tune up. It wasn't cheap but but my unit was almost ten years old and had never been serviced. Every thing they do is documented with pictures and given to you for your records. I compared the readings from a previous inspection to the after tune up numbers and everything was better. Inside vent temperatures dropped down around 15 degrees. Strains on electrical and mechanical parts were all lowered giving my older unit the TLC it needed for more years of use. I am very satisfied with the work and service.

  Anthony Munoz came to our house to investigate and diagnose a plumbing issue (which we were having a condensation on our dry wall near our Ac Vent. He came in and did a lot of tests but could not detect or verify why there was condensation occurring or happening in our kitchen roof near the ac vent. We are paying for same day and heating subscription and apparently they aren’t providing knowledgeable technicians in plumbing to figure out our issue. Now we have to find another technician or someone else to figure out our plumbing issue.

  I had a new thermostat installed by this company, and while the installation itself appears to be working, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The technician was extremely pushy and repeatedly tried to sell me a service inspection that I had already explained I did not need because another company regularly maintains my HVAC system. I made it clear several times that everything was working fine and that I only wanted the thermostat installed. Before leaving, I simply asked him to verify that the thermostat was installed correctly and that the system was functioning properly. Instead, he insisted he needed to perform additional services and continued trying to sell me maintenance. When I asked whether the installation itself was covered by a warranty, I was surprised to be told that it was not. He checked and all works well at this time. Very negative experience.
