  We had them come out to install a Moen Flo device. I booked online through their booking portal, and received several calls after booking from a receptionist who confused the dates. Then another call asking if we could move the appointment. Not sure if it was a booking error on their end but didn’t appreciate her trying to have me move the appointment for their convenience as they were able to keep our appointment time in the end. This is was a very simple installation and egregiously overpriced. I’ve hired another MOEN approved company to install this device in another house, where the plumber had to reconfigure the pipes to make it work. In that situation the original price was $300 but since it was more complicated, he charged $500. In this case, Powers plumbing did not have to configure the pipes to make the device fit, just cut the pipe and install the device. He was here for 1.5 hours. Total $700 and that was after the “first time discount.” Would not hire them again.

  So I’ve used them a few times now and when I called, they can come the same day, which is wonderful. The guy I work with know his stuff and takes care of it right away.

  Victor was incredibly helpful and efficient. We had a bunch of annoying issues dealing with my building management and he was really patient. The leaking faucet is now good as new.

  Victor twice arrived on time. Did a great job on the annual service on 2 Hot water heaters. Very professional and friendly.
