  Very professional from the first call to finishing the job. Had a plumbing leak from a 2nd floor bathtub. On-time arrival, explained the issue thoroughly, provided fix options (short term/long term) and what-to-expect during the repair. Repair went smoothly. Very fair and transparent price estimate. Most impressive part was that the actual price charged was less than the estimate as the repair complexity came out to be less than anticipated (it could only be known after opening up the wall for repairs). Michael Ross and Toby managed the job very well.

  Quick and professional service for a Moen Flo installation. The technician made sure that not only was the install completed in a timely manner, but also that the final product looked clean, square, and professional (the previous lines were rather askew).

  Let me tell you something... I've got beg with Paws Plumbing. You're going to tell me that Jonathan called ahead when he was five minutes out, came right at the top of service window, was friendly, knowledgeable, fixed the problem, tested for leaks, cleaned up after everything AND embarrassed me by making the under the sink area neater and more organized than I've ever had it myself? Are you kidding me? Ya'll are too much! In all seriousness, great company, great work and quick reliable staff. PAWS is the best and the only plumbing company I'd use in the area or recommend my clients use. Great job Johnathan! And many thanks!

  I bought a home in Oceanside last summer and hired Paws to modernize major parts of our plumbing footprint. Our home was built-in the 1980s, and I feel a whole lot better now. I’ve since called Paws to fix an older faucet and to estimate the cost of plumbing expansion for backyard projects. They’re always super responsive, and we’ll call Paws first in any future emergency.

  I originally contacted Paws Plumbing to inquire about a gas line pressure check for an outdoor barbecue and they provided me a quote over the phone, and a timely appointment date. After thinking about my project overnight, I decided that I would no longer be using the barbecue, and I contacted Paws to inform them that I wanted to change the scope of the visit. We kept the same appointment and they arrived on time, and Corey provided me a reasonable quote to install a new gas line valve. Corey and his partner were very professional! They’ll definitely be on my list for future plumbing jobs.
