  Marco Tijerina is very nice hard working technician , came twice to my site to troubleshoot my headache perplexed rooftop AC unit, worked hours under the hot summer sun, really appreciate, finally found the root cause and gave me some good advice and plan options to choose. Good professional service and good company to work with, strong recommended.

  We have an older home and didn’t realized when we bought the home in 2021, that the AC unit was almost 3 decades old. After not maintaining it for 3 years and the system not working we asked for some assistance on a Sunday afternoon. To our surprise they not only were open but even had a tech available to come today (Sunday). Marco was a straight shooter, a father, honest and explained not just options but also even some trouble shooting. He gave us some options after showing that our system was 7 years in its golden years and most don’t last 20 years. So we are going over options to get a new system. They take into account veteran status, employment and many more factors into discounts and even bundling when asked about a tankless water heater. Couldn’t share a higher review if you are blessed with Marco, he is kind, patient, honest and didn’t rush anything even at 630pm on a Sunday.

  We decide to have AC at h ome, and started to shop around, we ask for the system at one hour heating and air conditioner, and The technician. Joel Pulido, gave us fantastical explanation with courtesy and friendly maner, was a great customer service, my wife and my self are sure, that if we order with this company, will be a beatiful experience, thank you!
