  I used Medrano Co to fix a balcony that had water getting under the water proofing membrane. Luis, the company President, came out to get all the project details and provided a quote. He was available to answer questions throughout the project and was very responsive. Armando was the project manager for my work and he was always available for questions and keep me in the loop with project updates. I am happy with the work the team did and would recommend Medrano Co for balcony and water proofing repairs.
